Amazing how those old engines last , even though they have not been cleaned ! It’s nice to leave them like they were.

I never could cut up a good engine. I would fix it and trade it for 2 or 3 junkers instead. However, when you have the wirewound field issues of high heat and power waste.... I could swap the fields out and the engine is completely transformed AND fully reversable back to Classis Original Flyer. You Take care, D

That is my plan, these trains are so fun and when they run smooth and strong we can truly enjoy them so much more. This Kit is the most basic if your smoke is good it makes a great upgrade, not expensive and it all works! Take care, and keep watching.

What a nice gift! Those chassis most likely came out of a K5, Hudson or a Silver bullet. Those locomotives had the square end on the post of the center driver.
Your D.C. field set works extremely well. Looked like 1/4 the amperage to me.
The video is very informative and you have a nice link to your products.
    Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the input Yes I was shocked but the person has been a serious supporter for some time. And they have a unique engine in my que. Very Grateful for all the inputs we get. Glad you appreciated the video, I knew what i wanted to do. I had to slow myself down using the pause button then just show the meat of the message. It worked out way better that I ever thought it would. will try to build several complete engines using all the NGS stuff we have to offer. Thank You, D
