@GoldDough I got my first Wii in 2021, so it's pretty fresh for me. I had casually played it with friends years ago, but now am really experiencing it, and it's awesome. Close to 50 games in my collection now. About 5 were shovelware due to me not researching the title.
I need help Anton. So when i first modded my old 2ds, i used the video you made where you opened some homebrew files via mario kart 7 to mod the device. and everything worked. but now, last week, i noticed that some games (specifically, wario land 4, and rusty's real deal baseball) were on the home menu with the app icon, but the animation for the games on the top screen was gone. i figured they were coruppted, and i didn't want dead apps on my homescreen taking up space. so i went to data management to delete them. but instead of seeing those game with their app icons, it instead showed them with no name, and a question mark. i tried to delete them, but it didn't work. i figured i would just move them to the far right of the home menu to be out of the way. but i wanted to see what would happen if i tried launching one of them. when i launched wario land 4, i was hit with an error that said "SD card was removed. rebooting now". i was confused because i didn't remove my sd card. the 2ds rebooted, and when it powered back on, i was shocked to find that every last one of my 3ds homebrew apps were gone from the home menu (they still showed up in data management though). the only things that remained was the dsiware including twighlightmenu++ (cuz those are installed onto the system), and the custom theme and music i installed using anemone a while ago. everything esle was gone. i did L+DOWN+SELECT to see if my 2ds was still modded and it definetley was because the luma menu popped up, i turned off the 3ds to check if luma and godmode9 were still there and they were. but other than luma, gm9, and the theme, it was like i never modded my 2ds in the first place, i looked up solutions, and it turns out that this is a common issue. the only fix i could find was that my sdcrd was corrupted and i needed to transfer the data to the new sd card. i did that, and everything what the same, except this time there was no custom theme. so now i know its not the sd card thats the issue. now today i looked up more solutions and found out that the homebrew launcher was still accessible via the download play app. and it turns out that fbi is also downloadable in 3dsx format. so i installed that, along with cias for hShop, ftpd, anemone, etc. all the basic homebrew apps that came with initially modding the device from your guide. but NONE of them worked. i figured this was fine and that i could still install homebrew games via fbi, but when i teid to install cias for homebrew games that WORKED BEFORE, i couldn't install those either. so it just doesn't let me install anything. then i found out about fake tik, and how you can use it to make apps reappear. so i installed the 3dsx file for fake tik and launched it. but it said that no tickets were found. i had one more solution elft though, which was to repair the sd card on the windows fila explorer, by right clicking the sd card, going to properties, then tools, then error checking. i tried this because someone said it amde everything reappear. but when i tried it, nothing happened. nothing reappeared, everything was the same. i thought about going back to your video guide and re modding my 2ds, but when all of the apps were deleted, that included mario kart 7, even though that came digitally installed with the 2ds before i homebrewed it. so i couldn't follw your guide again. but i figured that since mario kart 7 CAME with the system, i would be able to reinstall it from the eshop since nintendo still allows you to reinstall apps from the eShop. but when i launched the eshop, im always hit with an error (maybe they stopped letting people reinstall apps) im now lost. no 3ds apps, Mario kart 7 is gone so i cant re-mod, fbi doesn't let me install anything, faktik did nothing, repairing the sd card also did nothing, and switching sd cards ALSO did nothing. please help me out here. i cant find any more fixes or solutions as everything i tried works for everything else except me. honestly if wii music was a proper rhythm game then i would eat that shit up. that would've been so good. i always thought trombone champ had a very wii esc feel to it, and it could've definitely been a concept for a wii series game, or at least part of it.

@Brony2002 It is technically a "Wii" game, but I personally don't count Nintendo Switch Sports as a Wii series game that much They replaced Miis as the main characters with the godforsaken sportsmates, leaving Miis as a secret to most and giving them minimal customization Plus it lacks base content, having extra sports added in free updates (similar to the digital version of Wii Sports Club, where you had to get a subscription to play it more)
@Luigiclash598 1. "No one" can't be true, you can't say 8 billion people don't consider it a Wii series game 2. It still works I believe, you just need a physical copy of the game (since the digital version had the time limit)
Wii Music in concept isn't bad (pretty decent actually), but the shoddy motion detection, the awful tutorials, the instruments sounding pretty cheap, and the fact that you can't create your own music (either on the Wii or a DS via download play) just spoils the potential the game could've had.
I've yet to watch the full video, but skimming through the video and the thumbnail shows that there's no mention of titles like the Wii U counterparts, Nintendo Switch Sports, and Wii Karaoke U? If you've had to rank those games, where do you think these games will go in the list?
