    I am seeing the adaptations in my body especially with the camel. It is taking months to get all of the old ankle injuries mobile and supple again but then I will have good ankles for most likely the first time as an athlete. Thanks for modeling the truth about age and mobility. I am 48 5’11 now and plan on dunking for the first time at 50.

    Great stuff. Kneesovertoesguy sent me here. Suffering from lumbago currently. The reverse step-up is helping a lot already. Your techniques make a lot of sense. I must ditch my furniture. Have thought about it earlier but this would be the time. Thanks man, take care.

    Je fais les postures d'après votre livre depuis trois jours seulement. Le premier effet que je remarque est simplement en marchant, impression que le pied est déjà reconnecté au corps et à la locomotion, impression presque d'avoir rajeuni, ou suivi une longue remise en forme.     Great training ,I love Basket ball ,I wish I could jump high for dunking .
    Im 5ft 9inches ,I know its not the big height .But maybe this training will help how to jump high.

      ​@@zianimalacademyfamgreetings from Philippines! I'm only 5'7" and back in my younger years i could reach 10 foot rim on two foot and 1 foot jump. The last time i touched a 10 foot rim was when i was 42 years old, now I'm 58 and will definitely use your exercises. Thanks

    47yr old and i tore my ankle at 18 yrs old. I have turf toe now on the same foot but i feel these exercises will help me a lot. I will commit to daily exercise using these 3 exercises. Would 21 reps on each exercise be the right away to start?

      2 minutes per position ( with a pain scale between 6 and 8 ( 10 is max pain ).
