Not gonna lie the sunscreen at 6.30am is pretty bizarre and unnessacary. Nice different video though 👌
Great vid Queenie. If you're being exposed to the sun early in the morning you should be alright, the UV is normally below 3, so you shouldn't be able to get burnt (depending on the time of year and location in the world of course) on your walk to the gym :). Source I'm white as f**k so you can trust me :P haha. RUclips

@@InvestWithQueenie Plus one on this. The physics of the way the rays are angled at the earth at certain points of the day dictates your direct exposure to the rays. Kind of like being sprayed with a hose front on or just being hit by the overspray.
Not to burst your bubble but what you put into your body is going to have a bigger impact on the longevity and health of your skin.
