Ghost is definitely my favorite character because he represents everyone who has gone through unrequited love, he represents everyone who does so much for others only to be under appreciated. It's rare that in movies this kind of character is given any attention.

The Wachowskis need to do an extended edition of their trilogy, as Peter Jackson did with Lord of the Rings (just for hardcore fans).

I like that the production team had the script and the actors acknowledge that this Oracle actress was different than the original. It was an ode to Gloria (the original Oracle). Most of the time, replacements aren’t questioned on why they are replaced. There is no mention of actors being switched for any reason, folks just go along with it.

I don't understand why these scenes were removed. They fill in so much pieces to the puzzle! Especially the one withe Ghost and the Oracle. I didn't know until today that the 2 programs that she was referring to that made her "changed" her look was the couple Neo met at the train station. And also suggests that their child is the "one" for the next matrix reboot cycle
Well, time limitation was really a problem back in 2003, not all cinema line around the world will allow you to extend the movie into 3 hours or more, so they will have to cut it to a standard time, I am sure there are a lot more footage that will never be showed to the public too becuase there is just not time to cut them into the movie

Yes it was Sati's family. The same father of Sati also went to the Merovingian's restaurant in Reloaded, being escorted by the restaurant guards while watched by Neo and his team. He must have cut a deal with the Merovingian in return for his family not to be deleted, and that involved stealing the Oracle's shell and handing it over tho the Merovingian.

Just like how Neo only became the One after Smith killed him, Smith received some of the One's code when Neo killed him, allowing him to run rampant until his purpose (Neo's death) is fulfilled. The Oracle let Smith become the common threat that man and machine would have to unite to defeat.

They weren't removed, they were the cutscenes from the game Enter The Matrix, released to tie in to Reloaded
I wish they'd integrate some of this footage into an extended cut of Reloaded and Revolutions
