Scarlatti Live Sonata Dm L422

After a dream in which Todd Rice was showing Scarlatti the modern day piano, Scarlatti gave Todd permission to adapt his music to the abilities of the modern day piano. So for you purists out there, you will note that Todd Rice took liberties with this piece. For example, he adds low octaves in registers that did not exist in Scarlatti's day. Further note, that between sections one and two, Todd kept going without pause truncates for dramatic effect. There are several reasons that Todd did this, the primary one is to keep the drama going.
