I do that get the sticky part stuck on the clear bag 😂 . It’s amazing how many times us resellers miss a stain on something at a thrift store . Proper job you have a nice system . Have a great rest of week and weekend 😊

Thanks for watching! I used an old piece of plywood I had with some old boxes & cardboard pieces to make it a little wider lol. It’s a bit of a janky set up 😂 I plan to make it a little bit better eventually, so will definitely video it if I ever upgrade the materials for the set up!

I'm right around the same point as you in my reselling business! When you list your items do you have a set promotion %you use or do you not promote at all? Would be awesome if you were closer. Always nice to have someone to thrift with!
Thanks for watching the video! I promote all my listings across the board. Anywhere from 5-8%, but I'm always playing around with the percentages.

Thanks! I used to wash or steam, but nowadays I just list everything as is.

@@jasonlee1628I don’t wash the clothes unless it has a noticeable odor. Otherwise, I note flaws or stains. I don’t want to add additional wash wear by washing them. The buyer should really be washing the clothes before wearing them anyway.
@@VoidedMirror isn't it Ebay policy to wash them before sending them out to the customer? "Used clothing must be properly cleaned and include a statement that the item has been properly cleaned," I asked the same question to technsports and he even said "All items are washed before listed on ebay, it's ebay policy."

what I am trying to do is when I sell something I only spend the COG for that item to buy more inevntory ..so it I bought something for a dollar and it sells for 20 that only gives me 1 dollar to find something else... all teh rest goes into my savings to pay bills .. I can not be sellling something for 20 and then go out and spend 30 to fo rmore stff very fast way for me to go broke

I just started the video, so sorry if you say later what is your qualifications for items you are sourcing? Are you going for fast sell through, ROI or something else?
Hey Dan. There’s a few things I try to consider, but definitely no hard set rules. For the most part, I’m willing to pay more for an item if it has higher sell through rate (greater than 90-100%). If it’s in the 50-60% sell-through rate area, then the ASP needs to be in the $30 range and I don’t want to pay more than $6-8. General guidelines, but sometimes I end up buying things because I think they’re cool 😂

Yup! In NJ. Just looked it up that sale, and it looks great! Can’t make it for spring, but might have to try going when they have the sale again.
When you cross post does it take the item out of the other platforms inventory?
Hey. I pay for Vendoo to help with crosslisting. Sometimes it automatically delists, but a lot of times I manually delist on the other platforms when an item sells. I can delist through the Vendoo app on my phone, so it’s not too bad!
