  • I will show you How to make a Dirty Thai Iced Tea, Easy! I'll take a simple Street Food Style Thai Iced Tea recipe from Bangkok Thailand, and I show you how to make it 'dirty', aka, with a shot of Espresso on top, Cold Brew, or Vietnamese Coffee. This is a very Bold drink to make, and if you're a coffee lover and a Thai Tea lover... you're definitely going to want to make this recipe!
    The Ingredients you will need:
❤️ 2 heaping Tablespoons Thai Tea Mix
    ❤️ 3/4 Cup boiling Water
    ❤️ 2 teaspoons Sugar
    ❤️ 2 teaspoons Condensed Milk
    ❤️ 2 teaspoons Evaporated Milk
    ❤️ 1 shot of Espresso
❤️ Full cup of crushed ice
    Instructions:
❤️Step 1:First brew your shot of espresso (or about 37 ml of a very strong coffee like Cold Brew, or Vietnamese Drip).
❤️Step 2: Next, put the Thai Tea Mix into a tea sock or very fine tea strainer and let it steep in the very hot water for at least 5-minutes and then strain.
❤️Step 3: Put in Sugar, Condensed Milk, and Evaporated Milk into the strained tea and stir well until dissolved.
❤️Step 4: Pour the hot drink mixture into the cup full of crushed ice.
❤️Step 5. Pour a little more of the Evaporated Milk on top.
❤️Step 6: Carefully pour the Espresso on top, aiming for the ice.
❤️Take Pictures of this beautiful drink! Then you can either drink it the way it is, or stir it in beforehand. But either way, Enjoy! 😍

Oh ya! You'll love it 😍😍😍
The stronger concentrated coffee the better so it doesn't dilute the thickness of the Thai Tea ☕

I think the last step was Condensed milk, not evaporated as you already said that the step before?

Do you mean when mixing it together? It doesn't matter the order, but Yes, add both condensed milk and evaporated milk for best flavor ❤❤❤😅😅😅
And then a little more EVAP milk at the end before the espresso 😋.
It's a very tasty drink! Have you been able to make it yet?

@@ghulam4024 Either Amazon or usually local Chinese/Asian markets sell it in a red bag or green bag. (I have a video on how to use green too) Good luck 😁

Is it possible to put some normal coffee instead of espresso?

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  3 года назад

Great question! Yes 👏🏼 You'll want to do a really strong concentrated brew though... Perhaps a french press or stove top percolator...
But honestly, it all to your own tastes and preferences 😍🥰❤️

Is it recommended to make a full batch of brewed thai tea and keep it in the tea urn just like assam?

    • @BubbleTeaKristin

Have you had a chance to watch my video where I show how to make a big batch of Thai Iced Tea? (same playlist as this video)
I would recommend doing it that way, and leaving it in the fridge...
Because the Thai Tea mix has added colors and flavors, it's best to keep it cold after it's brewed... where as normal tea is simply tea and can be kept warm or room temp for the day, but Thai Tea... I am not sure how it would taste or keep.
BUT... you could do an experiment with a smaller size batch and see how it goes. Maybe it will work quite well! Please let us know!
