Really sweet invention! Would have been really cool to have one or 2 of these growing up mowing lawns all summer long for all those years. This Surecan would have been awesome! Really great product!
I bought two way back when it was new. One of my 2 gallon can's spout broke off above the elbow. I put a 1/2" PVC cap on it to keep dust out, and the can still works perfectly for filling lawn mower and similar equipment. I need to buy a 2 gallon other color for my chainsaw gas, but haven't yet.
What the epa doesnt get is more gas get spilled because of their dumbass regulations. I've never dumped so much gas on my equipment and on the ground as I have fighting those damn valves. Maybe I'll give these a try!
My wife bought me the 5 gallon version of your can. I am on my second spout cap. And now I have to purchase a third. Apparently tightening the the small cap on fill spout over a few uses will make the the white vent part separate from the black part of the cap. I can’t be the only one experiencing this problem!
I love my Sure cans! There is a bit of a learning curve to keep them from filling equipment too fast. One thing I think needs improvement would be the trigger lock mechanism. It doesn’t flip out of the way to allow you to push down on the valve.
good can but iam having a problem with both mine instead of expanding in the sun it shrinks and then I have to leave the caps off of them for a few hours in a cool temp spot for them to expand back out its frustrating
This is due to the new EPA regulations that a gas can cannot vent unless it is being used. This occurrence is called the "Combined Gas Law" Our cans are air tight in accordance with EPA regulations and exceed all other fuel cans in this regard. All fuel cans are subject to this happening.
Although true your answer is Bs to his concerns. They should not bent due to positive pressure per EPA. You could allow them to vent air into the can to prevent collapse. These are the best plastic can, but all plastic cans suck.
The SureCan is the best plastic can made for the consumer. The only better plastic can is the military replacement for the Jerry can. I do like my 2.2 ish gallon SureCan for filling my small Honda Generator. That said a type 2 safety can is actually better provided you don’t dent them. The problem you folks still need to solve are collapsing cans and a spark arrestor.
Sure can is awesome. Currently using small can for bar and chain oil works awesome no spills any more. The only thing I don't like is the teather for the hose cap it's a poor design.
Thank you for the feedback. We have been looking into a smaller gallon size can for the future. Are you having a hard time seeing the fuel line the back of our can? Usually you are able to see it pretty well when there is fuel inside.
@@bobjohnson8206 We are actually in the process of changing our molds to made the fill spout neck point upwards instead of an angle. This will be coming last this year.
We put all of the best materials in our products so that they are very durable and easy to use! When using gas you want to make sure safety is a priority and do not want to go cheap!
Great can 👍👍

Warranty the product, they'll probably replace the part that failed and save you from buying a third, assuming you haven't already.

We wholesale SureCAN Fuel Containers to our dealer network with nothing but great reviews! AN AWESOME PRODUCT!
Thank you!
Thank god in 2009 they came out with CARB gas can. I have never spilled so much gas in my life as I have with the new cans.

Thank you for comments! We are actually working on a safety can design that will meet your suggested features!
I've had for a yr now. Great can, no vapor leaks, buying the VP racing can for 2 stroke!
I just bought one and it is unbelievably heavy duty. Love it!
(That said, it would not work on the Super-Cub Scout airplane @ 00:19 lol!
how durable is the nozzle? any demo showing destruction test? how can they be replaced if damaged
I own one. The nozzle is quite stout and heavy duty, and can definitely be removed/replaced...if they sell parts that is.
Just ordered us a 2.2. Hope we like it. Looking to replace my 5 gal cans as well.
Thank you for the great support!

Thanks for the support!
I tried import one container to Brazil to sell, but I didn´t get reply.
thats a good video. I use a competitor and in the past month spilled twice because of the akwardness!
Metal safety cans are far better just don’t bang them up because they can be dented.
I have the two gallon SureCan gas can.

Thank you for your input and suggestions. We have revamped that tether to make it better!
Surecan needs to come out with a 1 1/4 gallon size for all. you also need to add a fill line on the can that is visual.

@@SureCanInc IMHO not really visible it would be better if the fill neck is not on an angle.

What’s the difference between the surecan and the VP surecan ??
Jason, The only difference is the branding. The color trigger, spout and caps. We use the VP racing edition for the Powersports industry.
SureCanUSA thank you. Will buy very soon.
日本でも、売って下さいm(__)m
Thanks to the government we went from a $5 gas can to $20 can. I'll still use my old laundry soap bottles...f.em
Why are they so expensive? Rediculously priced!

@@SureCanInc Cheap is one thing, but $50.00 for a 5 gal can? Come on
The EPA is so full of crap it's not even funny.
