I can't imagine Marvel handling an 18-episode Daredevil season well when they can't handle 6-episode miniseries without at least one filler episode
I feel like the first couple of phases worked so well cause you got like 2 to 3 movies a year and that was more than enough. Cause after the last movie for that year for Marvel. It would hype me up for next year and I would be so excited to see the next movies. But now it's just so much going on in one year. Like it's crazy to think how many shows we got this year and it all feels like it has blended into a blur. Just too much going on in just one year. We need that time to breath so everything means more. Now it just doesn't hit as much as it use too.
I’m still maintaining that the whole Freshman Year thing is not canon towards the main MCU timeline if i’m totally honest and i’m excited for it!
It doesn't make sense for it to be canon on account of a number of reasons.
Norman says in No Way Home that Oscorp doesn't exist in the MCU.
So presumably neither does a Norman or a Harry (...yet)
The Scorpion hates Spider-man towards the end of Homecoming and doesn't even know him before that.
Dr. Strange and Spider-man meet in Infinity Sar for the first time: "What is he, your ward?"
Wouldn't Peter know who Otto is in No Way Home if he thought a different version of him years prior?

I cant tell you how excited I was when I saw the announcements
I feel like marvel fans are always contradicting themselves. They say they want interconnected stories and other characters to show up, but then they do it and complain that it was a cash grab cameo fest. Then when the opposite happens they say all these movies and shows feel disjointed and directionless. What do you want marvel fans?
I'm afraid marvel fans are turning into starwars fans. Let's just enjoy the ride and see where it goes.

The visuals and colour grading are surprisingly great for an MCU movie with with wakanda forever trailer. I hope it remains that great in the film because sometimes Marvel messes with the final product too much
I don't think I'll ever be as excited for a future MCU project as I am with Guardians 3
I don't think I've heard a single person wholly excited about the Daredevil reboot, and I think that's reflective of everyone's general feelings about Marvel. Daredevil works because it stood out. It wasn't trying to fit in with the rest of the Marvel movies, it existed as a bloody and gritty show on its own terms. I worry that the Kingpin will seem so much less menacing after he literally lost to Kate Bishop in Hawkeye, and I think that's the biggest problem with an over-saturation of crossovers. Why should I care about crime on the streets of Hell's Kitchen when Ant Man and the Wasp are fighting a multiverse conquerer and Thor is fighting a god butcher? In short, I want them to bring back self-contained Marvel properties
You must be on a different corner of the internet completely cuz I've seen so many ppl excited for the show. It's a character & actor who're finally getting their due & I can't wait honestly. Also for ur comment on Echo, the show has writers from DD & Punisher working on it. Also Moon Knight was a self contained show so I'm sure they might do more of that.
@@Comicbroe405 When I say wholly excited, I mean that I've seen no one completely excited with no caveats. Everyone always clarifies that they're excited, but worried for its execution
So much stuff. Yet I strangely don’t care about most of it…idk why, I’m a huge marvel fan. Other than Guardians 3 nothing really interests me. I’m sad at wakanda forever and half curious about fantastic four, but that’s all
Can’t wait For Daredevil Series
This Multiverse Saga just feels formulaic. You can't make lightning strike twice, and it feels like Marvel is desperately trying to do so. No one is connecting with these new characters like we did with the original Avengers, and I fear that they're just trying to recapture the magic that grew organically out of a great Iron Man film. How are we going to get a 2-part Avengers movie when we don't care about a single one of the remaining Avengers?
We'll just have to see. Plus a lot of ppl are connecting with the characters. Like u said in ur other comment, they are experimenting with genres & are gonna implement that in Phase 5. And it isn't formulaic: BP 2 is about loss war b/w two nations, Ant Man 3 is a team up, Secret Invasion a political thriller and Echo & DD being street level, etc.
@@Comicbroe405 I'd love to be as excited as you, I'm just not a fan of their recent products. Doctor Stranger 2 was advertised as a horror film, but it was just another action-comedy with horror elements. I really hope they start experimenting more!
I love that Marvel is experimenting with new genres, but when they bring their existing characters into these new genres, it can screw with their identity in other movies. Hulk was a tortured, interesting character that they never really explored. When he popped up in Ragnarok, that identity changed. As a main character in a 30-minute She-Hulk sitcom, he's inevitably going to lose all his edge
The Captain Falcon and Thunderbolts movie will fail. I'm very pessimistic on Daredevil. The MCU is definitely in decline.

I think you're right about Echo and Agatha. They're great as side characters in useless shows, I don't need to see their whole origin story. Hopefully Marvel offers filmmakers and showrunners more creative control on these worthless side shows as experiments, but you never know...
I'm pretty sure Shuri is the new Black Panther.

2 phases with no sequals or more info about most stuff from Phase 4? That is a bad sign. For instance, where will Moon Knight show up, next? When will Shang Chi ever show up? Too many loose ends and I don't think they can all possibly pay off in a nice way.

I personally don't think they'll be adapting the 2015 SW run as that was a more personal story b/w the F4 & Doom but instead the 1984 one which seems more in line as an all out multiversal battle. Also please check out the 2015 SW. It's amazing & considered one of the best comics ever tho it does require a lot of reading beforehand.
If all wakanda forever is going to be a tribute for Chadwick boseman (God rest his soul), I'm not intrested

the XMen show is great and you should see it.
there should be more good crossover like daredevil who is a good match for some characters. the problem is whats in shows or movies not how long they are.
People do like some of it just like if you look at movies altogether. some are great, some suck depending on who you are.

short seasons mean the shows writers cant think of many good ideas for characters. she hulk was definitely seinfeld.

I have a fear that secret invasion is going to screw things up for the MCU in the same way the clones did for Spider-Man and comics.

I don't get the Agatha show either
I think the rubber CGI looks in fashion with a comic book, alot of the older films had to do so much work to create sets and massive pieces for scenes in a movie that might not do so well, and I think the CGI is being used to show how out of the world and ungrounded from our reality alot of these heroes are. Not defending bad CGI, just saying it's what's to come after the last two decades of films costing so much in materials and labor amongst other stuff I'm to dumb to mention
we dont know how the guardians will go out and it doesnt mean it will be good. it hasnt been that much of them or avengers.
Dude, you've been through over 25 marvel movies, there is no shame to admit you are kinda burnet out on marvel stuff, hell I'm not looking forward for more than 50% of the movies or TV shows you mentioned, if you want to spice up your content a little bit I think it'll do no harm
