Thanks James, we’re blessed to have it. The machine definitely helps to keep up with it.

I just subscribed to your channel! I’m looking forward to seeing you put the 040 to work! We do a bit of work with a Kubota excavator too. Kubota is hard to beat! Stay safe out there! - Samuel

Thanks Samuel! It is a good machine, I’m planning to do a lot more with it as time allows.

Still wearing my father-in-law‘s PT shorts and T-shirts, they are indestructible.

True! They must be made of the same material as Superman’s suit.

Planning on doing a similar project on an existing rutted out road. Is the benefit of starting from the top that gravity helps you as you push material down? I was thinking I would start from the bottom. Partially because it feels less tipsy to come from the bottom up. Do you have a preference/adice? The trail looks great!

I started from the top because that’s the only place I could start from on this particular trail. I do a lot of driveway repair that I will start from the bottom and push material up and to the center. Depending on the slope it may be pretty hard to push up though. Once you’ve loosened up some material it’s much easier going upslope. Good luck with it!

Do everyone a favor please and get rid of the buzzing sound when you speed up the video - it adds nothong but annoyance.
