Veronica, this is totally awesome!! When the video first started and you picked up the canvas to show that it would be turned I noticed the center was 'floppy'. In order to avoid that, thus paint pooling in the middle causing cracks, spray water on the back of the canvas and rub it around. That makes the canvas tight like a drum.
Thank you so much for the great tip Keeley. I actually do that with my canvases, but sometimes I like to keep them loose, because when the cells gets in the middle of it, it creates interesting background :-)

The cherry-tree is so beautiful !!! I've been several times in Japan during Sakura; it's ammazing and in Japan this time of the year is cherished so much. Actually there is also a spot in Germany around the area, where I grew up (Wiesbaden), where a spectecular cherry-blossom takes place. As Japanese people enjoy Sakura so much, you could sell your painting to someone in/from Japan. 🙂🌺

What do the drops of silicone oil do? And what is the water & glue mixture ( 60% glue, 40% water )... Is that just like plain old white Elmer's glue? I'm sorry if these are stupid questions... I'm just learning about painting and would like to try to attempt some of these things..
Silicone helps with more cells. Same with pouring medium. IT helps to get cells. And yes. I think so. We don’t have elmers in my country, so I use Craft PVA glue. ANd no. They are not stupid questions. It’s ok to ask :-)
