Being a long haul flight attendant - trust me, we get to around the 12/13 hour mark and start questioning what we are doing with our lives.
I know an air steward and he loves his job. Gets plenty of sleep and gets to visit Hong Kong on a regular. Brings me back loads of electronics 😆

as a person who's not a flight attendant, if i was working for that long and couldn't clock out or quit because i was 30 thousand feet in the air, I'd be upset

It’s actually common to fly one handed, particularly light aircraft like cessnas. Stops you being heavy handed on the controls

Absolutly great flight, a little suggestion which is a very helpful thing, a little button on the center panel, its called auto pilot which maintains altitude, speed, navigation, etc. it can also do an auto landing, but it was a great flight
I love it how he doesn't use the autopilot and makes it 10 times more difucult for himself
I have literally done a flight from EGCC-WSSS-YPPH (using the 747-400 Polar DHL)
in one go, though I did have a tad bit of a break in WSSS.
that was around 20 hours.
I too have gone around the world going in the following order EGLL-KJFK-KLAX-PHNL-NZAA-WSSS-HKJK-ORBI-EGLL (using the 787-9 British Airways)

As a sydneysider, I can confirm he did force the airport to close for a few hours after that Ryanair landing
The first time that the cockpit is actually a fun place
So for a 21 hour flight there would be 4 pilots in the cockpit. So they could switch and the pilots could get rest
i would have loved to see a legit flight simulator in this, maybe thats a good idea for another video

you can just use simbrief for your flight plan and turn on autopilot. then just relax for the flight doing nothing

Pilots usually just get to the correct altittude then use auto pilot and just do something else or they take over if they want to
