Very nice to see these tutorials are now a thing Jimmy. Do you know if, well, what the future for DREAMS is? Have they any plans for DREAMS II on PS5...or is Media Molecule remained silent on this?
Thank you for the kind words, Game People. As to the future of Dreams, we of the cult aren't privy to any special information at this time. However, we certainly have our fingers crossed that Dreams will continue into the future in some form.
This is true. The interesting thing is Dreams is something of an evolution of LBP, and LBP style side-scrollers are quite a bit easier to make in it and easier on the thermos. Though the lure of 3D is understandable.
@@EasyDreamsCultSo, I take it you were a creator in the LBP games as well as are many of Dreams creators.? It definitely gives a bit of an advantage when transferring over to the new engine as a lot of the tools transferred as well. Sadly, I knew nothing of LBP and wasn’t in a position to be, throughout their reign; but am glad to know that many of LBP’s player base made the upgrade. Wish there were more of them, cause trying to find specific references in the Dreamiverse is such a daunting task.! THANX for sharing!
@@no_1_knoz Yes! My first experience with a Media Molecule game was LBP on PS Vita. Spent tons of time with its editor. Later I got to try LBP 3 too. I was always really into the create mode in LBP. It was the main attraction in the game. When Dreams arrived it was a fantastic upgrade. Unfortunately, a number of LBP users really have come to despise Dreams. It's more focused on creation, and was super weak in terms of playable content at launch from their perspective (compared to LBP).
All tutorials should be this interesting!
i forgot how good your old intro was 🥹
We may be getting a new intro soon
@@EasyDreamsCult nice 👍
I love it here!
Great tutorial! It has given me renewed interest of creating in Dreams😃
Thanks, Nicholas, that's great! Dreams needs more creators.

Don’t abandon dreams Sony!
Wish more people use 2D more in dreams. Technically anyone can made a flash game in dreams than a 3d one in less time.

@@EasyDreamsCult Thank you, buddy ☺️

It's an early 2D side-scroller game of ours. It's still playable on Dreams.
@@EasyDreamsCult nice! i’ll go check it out
Nice! , but how you do to create a character?
Jimmy has plans for making a vid about that too in the near future as he is currently working to produce a fully 3D game with the cartoon aesthetic.
