    Pioneer high school stopped allowing RVs to park in their lot for games and now all the local residents around the big house have RVs parked on very narrow streets. If you buy in ann arbor check what a game day looks like before you sign.

      Thanks for the insight here. Game day can get crazy, but it's also a lot of fun if you choose to live near the stadium.

    I can't imagine A2 housing prices going down. We're getting more and more tech jobs in legit industries like cyber security and self-driving. Amenities are only improving, education is top tier, and DT is beautiful (except for the potholes). IDK how prices could go down till we're competing with major cities like Chicago and DT Detroit. The best time to buy a house in A2 is whenever you can afford it, cause our market didn't get hit by the 07-10 crash.
