Is Accenture good for job security. Actually, I got an offer from Accenture and PWC. So, I am confused.
Its better than PWC India any given day
Isiliye bhaii product based company sahi hai, aur service based company bhi sahi hai..mera dost 1.5 years tha bench pe...koi dikkat nahi.. kuch fark nahi padta project hai ya nahi hai..nikal diya to skillset se aap age badh sakte ho kisi aur company me ..kuch nahi hai tier 2 cities me jao kuch business start karo...enginee se jyada aaj kal galle wale, kirana wale jinka busuness bara hai wo paisa jyada kamate hai and they even buy more assets then any engineers

Brother as iam a new joinee and recently completed my stream training and from 2 months iam on bench.... Is it safe?? And upto how many months we will be in safe side ?? Will they lay off new joinee if they are benched upto 6 months?

In Accenture what is the bench period for new joiners. Its already 12 days and only one client round happened for me. And i am still hard locked for a client. Should i worry?
For new joiners it might take some time to get lock in any project. So 1 to 2 month bench time should be ok.
I recently joined accenture and got hardlocked to a project mail. But next day received mail that I have not shortlisted for that project role and my thay reject my profile. What procedure accenture follows in such scenario? Will I receive calls from other project?
@@AbhijeetKumar-jb8gx Nothing. You will come on bench and you will get more calls and mails from different projects for their roles. And for bench soon your bench leads will also contact you.
And for your matter, try to contact your previous manager/HR on this and ask what you need to do in this situation as next step.
Sir, if we decline project after soft lock because we are not confident about the role, will it create a bad impression to the next person who will check my profile?
No you can decline by giving any genuine reason.
I have joined accenture as an experienced person , how long does it take for project allocation?? Its been 3 days to joining , how long will be a safer bench for me ?
3 days is fine. If you are not in any project and on bench only. Then it might take even a month to allocate you a project. So for new employee bench seems safe for sometime.
@Ashishbains25 thanks for answering, one more query is that , I got few calls but they were asking me for different technology my skillsets is different I inform the same to them , is that okay ? Also is there any portal where we can update our primary skills to get correct calls ?
@@siddharthsingh3368 yes you can tell them that your skillset is not matching with the profile. But make sure that your skillset is completely different otherwise you cant deny everytime. Yes portal is there just update your primary skill on my competency portal and workday tool.

Hi i joined Accenture on June 2022 as fresher CL 13.3 its already 1.11year completed when i will get promoted to 12 any idea please let me know?
They have bydefault 1 year policy of promoting freshers to next level. But last year they didnt give promotion to anyone but you are eligible now so you can expect promotion in next mid year or end year cycle.
I am in Accenture and from 1 month I am on the bench.and before that also my project held me for 4 months without any work .so I was on the project bench for 4/5 months..
But this is affecting my experience and skills now as I didn't get much opportunities to work.

Yes you can get WFH. It depends project to project. I am going ofc 2 days.

Need help!!
I have got an offer letter from Accenture and I've accepted the same.
due to some reasons I failed to submit documents on time and my background verification process went on hold. within 2 days of that, I've submitted all of my documents.
but after submitting my documents, I haven't heard back from any of the HR.
I have tried to connect with a lot of HR including the 2 HRs mentioned in my offer letter. but none of them responding to my calls or my mails.
furthermore, even after submitting all the documents, I am getting an automated WhatsApp reminder message from Accenture for documents submission.
I don't know what's happening, how to connect with them!! what I need to do now. what will happen to my joining. I don't know anything. and above that, as I had to complete my notice period in my current company before the joining date of Accenture, I have already resigned. now I am in a tense situation.

@@keshavagrawal1591 Bro, i am hearing from so many people in my DMs and in my comment section that some similar kind of situations they have faced like they given interview but no response from HR, they submitted wrong document or they by mistake gave wrong information in document. And they all are facing similar problem that they are not getting any response from HR and they even dont have any contact of any HR and they waiting since long to hear from HR. This is quite common now a days, accenture hiring process is slow but sooner or later they get msg or call from HR.
So just wait you will definitely get an email, msg or call from HR for the same. Or try to raise a ticket on portal or try to contact HR again n again.

No it wont impact. You must be having any POC contact during your DFA course like lead or reporting manager. Otherwise contact your HR for the same.
Oh okay initially I will be assigned the project I have my DU lead no people lead or hr partner. Once the initial project is completed then I might be benched correct me if I am wrong and thank you for responding appreciate it.

I want to get roll from my project what i have to do
Ask your supervisor/manager. Tell that you want to pursue some other skill or want to switch to some other skill like testing/development etc. or give some reason like you want to change city or want to go to some other project. You have to convince your manager/supervisor to get roll of from the project.

@@vipulsoni5398Ya you can change your base location anywhere in india but after 1 year of joining i think. If you have work from home model in your project then you can go to any location in india and work in accenture office. But if you have hybrid model, then you have to talk to your manager for that, if he allows then you can go to any accenture ofc in india and work.

Yes. But avoid long leaves on bench.

Puri salary milti hai.

Max bench period depends on your skills and previous performance too in Accenture. I have seen high paid people on bench even for more than 6 months. So just perform well and relax. Keep a contingency fund of 6 months atleast for worst case.
