Luckily Ninja got it during a time where they have great treatments for melanoma. My aunt died of it when these treatments were in trials. It is a serious cancer but now has a high survival rate due to these great treatments

There are a bunch of cameras in the airport that can watch him, the police could stay in the area he's in etc, until he breaks the law then leave him alone.
