I think I've never seen Nick be so happy with himself and with Malena. He was really cute and loving. It's odd, but I'm really happy for the both of you.

I already noticed the difference, but it was even more pronounced when he came back to his home streaming setup.
No troll, as many times as they named Ozempic. They are probably getting a kick back for it and he probably actually is on it. They said nothing negative about it. Just said he didn't take it, lol. Also good for him either way to be honest whatever works to get healthy.
Remember folks, there's absolutely nothing wrong with making your partner feel afraid to lose your relationship if they don't get in shape. People seem to think it's only ok if it's the man under pressure. But it's ok both ways!

yeah, I just hope he learns 1 meal a day isn't really sustainable long term. you can eat several meals a day if you balance them right. It's also really hard to get all the daily nutrition and protein your body needs through a single meal. I'm sure he'll figure it all out as he continues on.

As a part time lurker I still have no fucking clue what actually happened with those two. Any loremaster care to explain?
Nick and Malena had a falling out prior to him and her heading to Norway. Nick either impregnated her prior or during the trip to Norway but that details unknown, and not really relevant bc regardless she's preggers. Malena showed her issues with Nick, as she always has, in Norway and Nick got hit with a reality truck in realization he has a baby coming and needs to grow the hell up. Long story short Nick returns to America, and for 2-3 months straight away from Malena has revamped his entire lifestyle to be self sufficient. They are financially set which is obvious, but Nick needed to learn actual skills around a house to prepare for a child, all while Malena gets a nice mental break and time with her mother who prepared her for the expectancy of a child and being a new mother.
Nick is now losing weight, and taking his life by the balls to be there for his son. The stream schedule is getting cut down so they can bond as a soon to be married couple, and eventually Nick will more than likely stop streaming altogether or maybe do a one stream a week format. He's maxed out in his businesses and finances and is just streaming for pocket change and fun at this point.
We are slowly seeing the end of the OG Otk members, such as Nick, Soda, etc, as everyone is finally growing up and starting new lives outside the streaming space which is now highly competitive due to new platforms. There's no new fans to be made on Twitch, so the appeal has been agreed to be dead between them all. As for Soda he's his own man, no clue what he will do but I do know Nick, as you asked, is moving on with his life.
I actually love to see it too because no one ever expected Nick to grow up like this, and now he gonna be Papa Nick which is cute.
It's worth noting that Nicks old frog community which includes me of course, will be expecting the streams to turn into more gym streams with Miz and Knut and Extraemily, and by mid 2025 it's projected Nick will be shutting his stream schedule down to once a week, if at all, according to leaked Discord chats and DMs amongst his mods (who if you read into, are all trying to mod up for other OTK members now, as OTK actually pays these mods handsomely) The shift for mods was kinda the clear indicator for everyone that Nicks ending his stream career soon.

Thanks Nick, I've been struggling to get back to doing One Meal a Day, but seeing how much happier and energetic you look is giving me that push I needed.
I would say one meal a day is not ideal for maintenance. But really good for weight loss. IMHO it’s better to stick to 2-3 smaller meals a day than 1 big one if u r trying to maintain weight and energy
If I was you I wouldn’t eat one meal per day, just eat low calorie foods throughout the day so you don’t feel tired and hungry and combined with exercise should definitely help you lose weight.
1 meal per day is king. why? because then you shit once a day. why spend so much of your life shitting. 3-8 times a day. just say no to shitting
@@HYPERHEROICThat what I believe too. One meal is too little but what really matters is the calories per day so I guess it doesn’t really matter.
Another good way to do it is eat small portioned healthy snacks throughout the day to feel full. I lost a ton of weight that way. Just make sure it’s healthy stuff and you are getting the nutrients you need. Take vitamins as well to make sure you are getting everything you need. :)
So glad you guys are back, I had fuck all to do after work everyday... Looking forward to be looking forward to finishing workdays to sit down, have dinner & enjoy some quality nmplol streams.
Schedule changes are a good idea, I don't get how you could stream 6 days a week before, I imagine it's so mentally exhausting to prep & entertain people for hours, kudos to you both for doing that before! Stay awesome you guys!

My wife and I are very, very similar to Nick and Melana. Seeing them back doing stuff, getting healthier mentally and physically while my wife and I do the same fills me with happiness.

This is so cool, Nick. I used to be 225 before 2024, and the first days of this year, i began my weight loss journey. I'm at 181 at the moment. It hasn't been easy losing this much weight, but it feels amazing. I feel lighter, i went from XL to Medium and 38 pants to 34. I was also able to do a pull-up something I've never done before. For anyone wanting to lose weight, you got this! Simply just start and don't stop.

Considering he said that was his OMAD twice a week, that much dressing isn't even a big deal. Yes it was 100% several hundred calories worth, but there's only a modest amount of calories in the base meal, so it's fine.
@fooey88 No shit...? That's not what was being discussed? He said he does it twice a week, not every day, and it's WAY more than 500 calories. The dressing alone is 160 calories for 2 tbs, but he used like 1/3 the damn container. I was saying that much dressing isn't a big deal because he only eats it twice a week, and it's his one meal for that day. Obviously, if he used that much dressing every day, he wouldn't lose very much weight but since he doesn't, it's fine. 🙄

What's wild is that I started a low-carb diet a few weeks ago and our's is almost the same. Mine has more stuff in it like tomatoes, onions, etc., but the core idea and the dressing is the same. Good on you, Nick!
