  • Adam shares his journey of suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, and fatigue that lasted for over a decade. He attributes this condition to a constant push for success in business and an obsession with intense exercise, which led to burnout and various physical and mental issues.
The turning point came when Adam woke up after a routine medical procedure with paralysis on the left side of his body, extreme anxiety, fatigue, and various physical symptoms.
Adam highlights the positive changes he experienced during the re-origin program, including the ability to be present in the moment, finding joy without needing accomplishments, smoother interactions with others, and a newfound connection with his body. He emphasizes the importance of letting go of excessive thinking and spending more time in one's body.
In conclusion, Adam encourages those considering re-origin brain retraining to give it a try, emphasizing the potential for healing from within and the transformative effects it had on his life.

I know exactly what you are talking about with dissociation. It is super weird and uncomfortable when I come back in my body because I have spent decades in my mind. I am just not used to it but I know it is what most people experience as normal.
