      You’re welcome 😊 I’m preparing the tutorial on how to make a macrame owl’s wing with worsted wool as macrame owl tutorial I have already available just slightly different as it doesn’t have worsted wool wings :)

      The wool that I used is commonly known as 'felting wool'

    Thank you very much for that tutorial.🥰
    I've got a question:
    Do you really mean 25 mm diameter of the wooden ring?
    Or are they inch?

      For the eye. Yeah that’s correct :)

    thank you for tutorial.Can you please tell me how do you get the worsted wool so perfect .Do you cut it ? i am having a problem with it .Thanks

    • @cottonkasia
      @cottonkasia  Год назад +4

      Thanks for watching my tutorial! I actually don't cut the felting wool for this project - instead, I tear it into pieces and then brush it out with a skewer stick / toothpick to achieve the desired texture. This can help give your macrame owl's eye a more natural, organic look. Let me know if you have any other questions! I’ll be releasing a new tutorial soon on how to make a macrame owl's wing with the felting wool.

    It's not worsted wool. Google translator doesn't translate properly

    • @cottonkasia
      @cottonkasia  Год назад

      You are correct that "worsted wool" is an exact translation for "wełna czesankowa". However, it is also true that some people use the term "felting wool" to describe a type of wool that is suitable for felting purposes.

      @@cottonkasia worsted wool to jest włóczka. Taka jak do robienia na drutach lub szydełkiem. Dlatego widziałam pytania o to jak robisz że jest takie gładkie. Zgadza się, po angielsku to felting wool. Chciałam tylko napisać, że masz błąd w tytule i w filmie, ponieważ pisząc worsted - nikt tego nie znajdzie za granicą 😉
