Man, this year, you MUST do a create a club career mode!
For ideas, maybe you could create a club based on an English city which doesn't have a good club bearing its name, like Wembly, Cambridge, Colchester or something like that.

Skill point per ep like 2 for every goal 1 for every assist 5 for every trophy 10 for golden boot

I started upgrading my player’s stats all rounded. So he doesn’t shoot up to a 90 rating so quickly. Also didn’t use the archetypes apart from speed as a winger because that’s also just too easy

In terms of the skill points I think you should set Objectives you want to achieve in an episode
For example as you play CM
2 goals=1 skill point
2 assist=1 skill point
And maybe interceptions and tackles also
That way your player will grow realistically
Many prefer to go with an attacker, because then you can score goals all the time, right? It's really refreshing that people choose the midfield as well. And, of course, the fact that they play properly, for the sake of the team. It's also realistic. I subscribed. It promises to be a great series. Keep it up!

I think you should choose a certain number of skill points to allocate per season. And maybe give yourself extra points when you complete certain tasks like break a goal scoring record, an assist record, score a free kick, a bicycle kick or do anything special
I think to increase the longevity of the series you play a full season at each level in England before you start country hoping to win big trophies. The cap would be that you can only be higher than 2 ratings as the best player in the club you're in. You can shift the skill points around to improve diversity and then when you finally move into the big leagues you can rearrange your skill points to the best fit or for the highest rating which ever you prefer.

Put a cap on the skills points to keep the game challenging and when it starts getting tougher or you're struggling to be on the starting line up you can use them.

l think you should have a cap on the skill points you spend to make it more realistic. It would be nice if you played league 2 with a maximum rating of like 72 0r 71(anything higher will be too OP for league two based of the ratings of your fellow teammates) then try help wrexham to promotion which builds up your story as a wonder kid and maybe move on to a bigger team and i think skill points should be allocated at the end of season only based of your performance and stats.

Save them and give yourself big boost upon targets being hit, for example winning league 2 will allow you to put in 15 points whereas staying in the division limits you to 8 points and a big move to like a championship club (depending how late in the series) allows you to put in 20 points. Obviously the point amours are just example and could be changed.
Another thing which could be realistic but also is something that you probably wouldn’t do in fifa is when a player is younger they tend to be more naive and think about themselves so have like long shots and shoot from somewhat silly positions and dribble instead of pass and as you grow you mature and make more team orientated decisions, but at the same time kinda defeats the purpose of the game. Just food for thought.

I think you should apply for commentary on some esports/EAFC tournaments...you have a really good voice for it and you commentate very well...really give it a try...you are a natural
Skill points work in tandem with the summer transfer window could be a good shout and make every window important as every decision made could impact the comings season

Skill points should be allocated at the end of every season or start if a new season based on performances and milestones. That way it’s more realistic and looks like you’re getting a new rating each year as you perform.
I miss the old way of getting upgraded skill points. You earn them by playing. How it should be.cmuch more realistic.

You can choose your own skill poins. I mean you have to do 10 passes in a row and you will achieve 1 skill point. Or you may to score 2 goals in a per match and you will earn 2 skill points or smth like that. You can choose any objectives or we can choose it for you. I think it gonna be more interesting and exciting to watch.

Put a limit on skill points until you want to move to a better league,increase the amount slowly until you get to a top 5 league and use how much you can

Allocate skill points based on performance. ie every month, keeping track on how your match ratings were. if it's 7.5+ for every game, add a skill point

I used strictness in fifa22 player career, at that time it seemed to stop players from being transfered to rival teams, like if you were at Man City they wouldn't accept an offer from United ect..
But yeah hopefully that transfer craziness is gone in the new game, it did become annoying

First season put all skillpoints from level 1-10 then every season put all the skillpoints you get after six levels so it goes like this
1. Season 1-10
2. Season 10-16
3. Season 16-22
4. Season 22-28
5. Season 28-34
6. Season 34-40 (max)
I think you should allocate your skill points towards everything physical for now because you are technically a professional athlete, and I agree with the other comments saying to use your skill points depending on how you perform in the match, meaning you can also take away points for having a poor performance but 1 point at a time
My opinion on skill tree: Using a skill point after every goal contribution would benefit you with transfer agent too. I think. Btw love your videos
