I really hope this masterpiece will get the sales it deserves this time around. If I'm not mistaken the original Nocturne only sold like 300k worldwide which is criminally low for a game of this high quality. This game deserves so much more success, it's one of the best JRPG one can buy. Amazing Press Turn Battle System, beautiful Kaneko art and that amazing soundtrack by Meguro.
I definitely think it'll sell more than the original, due to the fact that the fanbase has grown exponentially since the realese of the OG Nocturne. All especially with media forums like Discord and Reddit, so many people are excited
If the internet doesn't lie to me, it sold lest that 300K of the 350K expected, thus being a financial failure. This time around will sold over 350K easily.

Please, please use uncompressed audio for the remaster, Atlus! There are at least 100 unused tracks from Shoji Meguro just begging to be released too! Please remaster Digital Devil Saga also
I would sacrifice BOTH of my testicles if Atlus were to release Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2, even if that were to be farther into the future ... like as in 2023 or 2025. I do not need my balls anyway.
I hope they release them too. They have almost 100 unreleased Nocturne tracks that weren't included in the extra soundtrack and rare mini music releases after the original soundtrack came out.
It really baffles me too because Atlus would remix the whole soundtrack for P1 and P2 remake, but not restoring the audio quality for Nocturne Remaster??

However, even if it's true, Atlus could just ask Meguro (or other Atlus composers) to record all lost tracks again, something like Square-Enix did to FF12 Remaster sans the extra Remaster-only tracks. Since we are not asking for recomposing or rearrangement, the whole process can be done quickly.

To me this literally looks like how I run the game on PCSX2 when running on higher resolution, except it's widescreen now. Still, I like that it will run natively on more modern platforms, and also with some nice extras like 60fps and the fact that it's the maniax chronicle + version with Raidou
Well there's not really much of their library they could release to the west, outside of like NINE. Tbf translations of the older NES/SNES and even PSX titles wouldn't be that hard I'd have to say though.

SMT1 and 2 need honest remakes. Their stories are fantastic but the gameplay is archaic and a remnant of the old times. Remake the games without compromising on the difficulty and they'll be perfect. Change the magnetite system or just remove it entirely because it was such a pain in the ass to manage

ペルソナしかやった事ないっていう人に今一番勧めたい。
ポップな演出はないけど、本物の重厚感の中にも悪魔の台詞回しなどでクスッとさせて怖くさせすぎない。
雑魚敵も強くて苦労するけど、もしかしたら説得で仲魔にできるかもしれないし、レベルさえ上がれば悪魔合体で物凄く強い仲魔を作れるようにもなる。
過去作だからつまづいても攻略サイトは網羅されてるし、一人でも多くの未プレイ者に楽しんでほしい。
e-haru 何よりこの作品は橋野桂さんと目黒将司さんがメインで作った作品ですからね。
