Something similar happened to me several decades ago. I tapped into the rage and anger using it to propel me to an Ivy league college and Ivy league graduate school. I have long since lost track of her, but she'll be hard pressed to do much better than how I am currently doing. Those women are truly the scum of the Earth. I'm glad he told his aunt. As an Indian, we have strong family bonds and marriage actually means something here apart from a contract. Cheating is either very hush and people somehow never get caught or deal with it silently, cause in the 23 years of my life, I have never seen or heard even a single occurrence of "Married Cheating". I don't even know a single person whose parents are divorced. NOT ONE. I see these posts mostly depicting life in the west and I feel that the grass isn't always green on the other side.
As with the existence of trans folks, neuro-atypical folks, etc. etc. These things definitely exist where you are, and at the same approximate rates. You just haven't heard about it.
