The mind is the primary human tool. We need not be victims of quirks of our minds. Meditation is getting in true touch with the mind. Virat is calling it "the softest skill", and indicating well that we are foolish not to develop it regularly and often.

Dear Virat, It was nice to hear and watch your presentation and I wish you all the best o come up well in the coming years. However I have some points to bring to your kind attention and this too is to make sure you shine well in this field. You could not explain about mind. After asking the audience about what is mind, I was expecting a elaborate explanation as there is no clarity with many about mind. The second one on meditation. If you watch this video you find your confidence level in tone and body language coming down once you enter the mind topic and it lasted till the end. I am not going to give any detail on the concerns I raised, but request you to be well prepared in future. By now almost three years have gone by and you should have matured well. All the best

A very inspiring speaker. Search for " ESL The English Accent Lesson 04 of 10 English 2020 com " for free videos by Dr. English. My Students from India find them very useful -- fast, to the point solution to the biggest problem in communication in English Pronunciation and accent.
    Best of luck!

He has some good points but there is no research follow-up that will provide information form the topic. I can agree with most of your talk but without the research and where to find this information, the validity become slim at best. Soft Skills is necessity for the young workers in the world today. They must know or at best learn theses skills that obviously has not been taught to them by their parents. Please provide your research facts and where one may find the information. This will enhance your presentation to become a GREAT presentation instead of a good presentation.
