Hopefully this video helps you all to understand more or get a recap on New World Aeternum Houses and what benefits they give you. Like I mentioned in the video I think these are a super good but overlooked feature that you should definitely take advantage of especially for the combat damage bonus early game on the fresh start worlds or if you start a new character in general. Let me know what you think in the comments below! Great video. Only just found out today you can recall to an in ANYWHERE on the map. So like a nob i have been in the middle of nowhere, finishing a quest, then have to travel to a shrine. So this will save me so much time + the other benefits will only be more prominent the further into the game i get
Thanks! Hahaha we have all done that don't worry! That's why its nice to have the Inn and 3 other TP's with houses that can be used from anywhere too, saves a TON of time!
@@Invin game changer defo. Currently doing all the Lyse muller and Taslav Gurkin (weird names) in the Restless shore. Which feels like it has no shrines so this will be great
I'm now level 65 and have seen the whole map, I'm sticking with my first house in prydwin in monarch bluffs. Main reason is that is my highest rep allowing me to buy a level 3 house for 11k. I think my next house will be either brimstone or the keys, not sure yet. My last house I'm probably going to reekwater or, I forgot the name but it has a pirate ship in the bay. Then I will make my inn in the center of the map. I'm just not sure where I will be farming most I'm sure I'll be all over. But ive pretty much decided all but my last house and I got time
I had something weird happen. I was furnishing my house, checked and had 4k points. When i logged in the next day all the furniture was there but i only had 260 points.
Good video, but you're WRONG about the discount for buying the first house. It's NOT a "5k flat rate discount", it's 90% or MAX 9k discount. So, a 10k house will cost 1k, but a 20k house will cost 11k.
You have to have enough rep in a zone to unlock the ability to buy a home there. If you are on your map there is a tab (right under where your quests are shown) where you can check your territory standing and bonuses, the first bonus you unlock in a zone allows you to buy a house.

Im waiting to see all the settlements before i decide where i buy
Good plan, what is your favourite so far?
@Invin so far prydewyn village. But I'm only level 30 something and I still haven't seen half of the settlements
@@Invin I like Ebonscale Reach just for the aesthetics and the layout of the crafting stations being simple and close together. Looks great.
Cutlass Keys blue house 3 story with a view of town square with the bar next door. It's perfect 👌🏻

It a a 9k rebate for the first house. Otherwise, great video!
Oh wow, I got 5k off because I bought a 5k house, teaching from my mistakes lol, but 9k is even better if that's the case! thanks for sharing.
@@InvinYou were suppose to wait till you could afford the 20k for 11k best value
I'm happy to be back in the game and to be back watching this channel ✌🏾⭐😎
Happy to have you here!

When you pay is out of pocket for the up keep?
Where is the best places to buy a house so you can get the help boost during world PVP

Good vid bud
Thank you!
What is influenced by the size of the house? Just the number of storage chests?
Yeah and the amount of decorations and lights you can have!
I'm a returning player, gotta rebuy a house I think. Does it still try and collect gold when you're offline for rent?
Yes but only for one weeks worth of gold!
When should you buy a house?
Also, anytime i try and purchase a house it says i me a permit or something but don't know how to get one

Yes as another comment here says, you need to get at least 1 territory standing level to buy a house! Sorry should have mentioned that!
Does everyone get the first house discount automatically when you try to buy one?
Yup!
I bought a tier 2 house and feel like it was significantly more than a 5,000g discount. I only paid 1,000.
he misspoke because he only saw 5k discount in Tier 1 because that's the price of those houses . It's actually 9k discount for T2 T3 and T4 houses.
Yes, thanks for the clarification requiem!
How often do you have to pay for upkeep for the house?
Weekly
@hpharold23 thank you 🙏
Invin!! ❤
Yoo!
Okay nice video but where to make such money in the game?
Have a look on your sever which gatherable materials sell for the most and do that to start, then questing is also really good!
Yeah 9k off the first house. You wanna buy a tier 4 house for your first cause its only 11k
Great info, thanks for sharing! I missed that by buying the 5k one, that's why I wanted to tell people about the discount haha!
I think I got a 9k discount…
yeah you do, its better than I thought!
I m almost lvl 65 and still i dont have house 🤣
No rush with it, you can get one at any point, but its better to get the sooner for the buffs!
I call it bs
