Being as positive as possible, if you said in August last year, we'd be 2 points outside playoffs with 5 games to play - I'd have been tempted to take that.
Yes, we'd all like to think we should be at a higher level, having fun with the bigger boys in the National League... but there's plenty of scrappers in this division, making it tough for us. And the lack of chances being taken has obviously hurt us too. COYB let's get at least 3 wins in 5 to give ourselves a shout.
Shocking, position needs reviewing in Summer if we cant make top 7 of this tin pot league, been content with too many draws this season which has cost us, need 4 wins out 5 probably now

Taking ur chances, slow build-up play. Poor set pieces, strange positions throughout the team. Weeks and Whitehouse sitting to deep , both getting us goals and assists. Slow going forward. Bringing loan players in leaving them on the bench.
Spot on and this has been going on for ages go back to Nantwich away we were just terrible now say for a couple of good games we have scraped results playing dog turd football. So slow an over 45s team would be comfy.. how many times have keepers against us done absolutely nothing all game? I believe the players think they are better than they actually are and are getting found out I also believe Cal sets every game up to stop the opponents rather than set up to make them think about stopping us!! We are not out of it just yet for playoffs but if we play this boring slow possession rubbished topped off with an aimless ball to there goalkeeper Friday then we are winning nothing.
We need to win our next 2 games to have anyu chance of making the play offs.
Be suprised if we get 5 never mind 15 points from remaining games, the team isnt good enough.

This happened last season but Chester made the playoffs. But they have to score in matches.
