The car has big potential to be a popular car. But the quality of interior is way to cheap and drives people off. And to call and sell that sunroof as “panoramic sunroof” is ridiculous since it just covers the front seats. The lack of choices for interior design also is a big let down.
True it actually feels like you're in a slightly upgraded polo vivo highline only way too expensive.
That's what put me off as I like the outside but inside a bit plastic sadly.

It really has a dated interior. The infotainment needs an update, a manual hand break in 2023 is nasty business, the boot should be electric too

This car was designed in Brazil and for Brazil, a country with the weakest currency, where cars have to have their production costs reduced as much as possible, which is why it didn't work in Europe. It had everything to be a Golf, but it was worse than the Polo...
