A top of the range Opel Mokka is tens of thousands cheaper than the Taigo in this video and comes with all the same spec. It’s just as good-looking and offers just as much. I hate that they package all of these as "extras" in the USA their different trim levels contain most of the different "extras". Things like the IQ drive should be standard on the higher trim. Same with autonomous braking which a safety feature that VW has in all their cars in the US, regardless of entry level models. That said, you can't just say "oh it has the same engine and nothing really extra compared to the Polo" as far as I know the Polo hardly has the capability to have any of these extras like lane keep assist or autonomous braking, reverse camera etc.

looks nice Ciro...but im not sure if i'd buy a vw CROSS COUPE for half a million rand hey....!... why not jus go get a used Tiguan for that price with good milleage ...
Corolla Cross.
Much much cheaper. Bigger, safer, faster.
Vw have gone mad.
The CVT and lack of sunroof is a deal-breaker for me.
@@phakamanibrianmtshara150 Cvt of Toyota is superb.
I dont need a sunroof. I am tan enough
@@TheSchalk1982 I'd rather not own a car then have a car without a sunroof.
I could never survive a car with a sunroof
why is it that VW has the shortest car warranty yet their cars are very robust and they last forever.. i mean the citi golf is still a small business in the township?
can you do an arteon video
Done! ruclips.net/video/vo6CEGdbJHw/видео.html
They should bring the saveiro to sa
Please do the Renault Triber!!!!
this car is beautiful...
I like your videos before I can even watch them, 😂😂😂
That is great to hear :)
Nice the VW small SUV segments have really improved there range of vehicles like T - ROC , T - CROSS , TAIGO as the demand of cross overs is increasing but you cant believe that the same new car prices have increased my T - Cross that was launched in South Africa in 2019 for the DSG comfortline was R334,600 has now rocketed to over R385,000.00 for the same car that is fifty to sixty thousand more so glad i purchased the car then value for money
Good review 👍but Because they made a brand reputation years back, now people have to pay 500k+ For a 1L Vehicle. 😂. In todays world, people understands value for money... Gone are the days for just so called Brands
Taigo Dam beautiful car
The front looks like a Renault Clio
VW is taking the piss with all their new cars, and the sad part is that people are eating it up. Would rather buy an older generation that actually looks & feels premium.
1litre?
A new polo gti or a pre-owned golf gti (both of which are similarly priced) would be a better option.
You need to compare apples with apples mate. Not price with price. Tiago is an SUV coupe not a performance car
I love VW but their cars are just ridiculously expensive nowadays
WOW 575k for a 1ltr. Car manufacturers really know how to do a number on consumers...
This new Dusters are very good and have good fuel consumption. All the extras are useless
Imagine choosing this over the polo gti,,doesn’t make any sense
Completely different purposes though. You don’t buy a gti for a family. You buy it to be a FB
If you not seriously looking at HAVAL you are missing a trick!
Anything above 350k I am buying a Toyota hilux used 2.4D. #Reliability #Quality #FuelEfficiency
Hyundai Kona 1.6T with 146kw 265nm would be a better buy than this.
R570k? isn't that Polo GTI money? I'd rather not.
Thank you once again - Too little, too late VW.
Why do these manufacturers have these insane non negotiable options.
Ouch...that price.
Navara rather at this price . Not a car person me.
