So my mouse works fine but the movement doesn’t work in game for sum reason all i can use it for is menus but i cant move in the game so i tried using mouse and controller and the movement is stuck to my controller so i can hold controller and move with L3 but i gotta aim with mouse and it’s frustrating help please
Only works in bios great video but my media button don’t work so I can turn volume up or down sad . Did yours work properly off bios mode ? What did you do it is still bios
My media keys work fine in windows without bios mode, but they are non functional when it is on. Either way, I don't think PlayStation would support the media keys.

As far as I know, every single keyboard works on PS5, it is just down to compatibility. The BIOS mode is intended to be used in a PC's BIOS, where there may be limited compatibility. I assume there are certain protocols the PS5 just doesn't support for whatever reason. My keyboard work 100% fine in the past with my Xbox One, so it's just an interesting issue that relies on the user in most cases.
A friend of mine with a newer Corsair keyboard had to use B + S while plugging in the keyboard, I'm not too familiar with this method, but it should hopefully work.

If it works on the menu, it's not your keyboard's fault it doesn't work in game. This is either a PlayStation issue or the game doesn't support keyboard and mouse

Sorry for my late reply. It is a button not present on all keyboards, it's typically located above the top row on the keyboard. It will basically just make the Windows key do nothing until you press Windows lock again.
it works most of the time I just started to have this problem. I fixed it the first time but it's not working anymore. And the mouse works it's just the keyboard@@SwitchStation
Do you have a Corsair keyboard? That is key. Other manufacturers will have different key methods. Besides what I know with my keyboard, I won't be able to help you too much more.

Fortnite should automatically switch between them on the fly, I'm not sure why it works on COD but not Fortnite.

@@matiasklondikebar3587 The controller has nothing to do with it, I would check if the game is the issue. Only arrow keys will also work in PS5 menus.
Apparently my directional buttons are connected to the numpad instead of directional keys for some dumb reason..

I assume there are certain protocols the PS5 just doesn't support for whatever reason. it’s flashing but it’s still not working?
At that point, you may have to unplug and then plug back in. I had the same issue.

I use the Corsair Glaive mouse. No adapter needed for the keyboard to mouse as long as you have 2 free USB slots on your system.

BIOS mode is essentially a compatibility mode that will disable many features on the keyboard, but it will let your keyboard work with more devices.
