Hi simon.what do u think is the best method for preventing plaster from cracking where you join a stud wall to solid 4inch block wall. the problem is that an interior door has been replaced with studs and plastered. however a crack has develops between the partition wall and the solid wall. cheers
ive watched a few videos from america and uk...in america they use white plaster and call it joint compound or summet...in england its all brown plaster ....whats the difference
why dont you use scrim tape your finished line his all over the place who his showing you or telling you wot to do it is so so wrong oooooooooo dearrrrrr

in which circumstance would you use this method?
why dont you use a plastering sponge to blend in simon, youd be out of there in a jiffy, my friend
I find plastering using down strokes is far more efficient
