Forget sweaty hat … I had a sweaty shirt … and pants … and body! Loved this workout. Good music to keep cadence. Thank you.
Great workout from South Africa
The unskippable ad n the middle of the last sprint was brutal
Hank was made for this, great coaching.
I have aways loved riding but circumstances in my life left me over 100 lbs overweight. My goal is to be able to do 20-50 mile rides a day - and to lose the weight. I found the GNC HIIT workouts and love them. Thank you Hank for your energy and enthusiasm. In 2 1/2 months I dropped 25 pounds by going back to cycling, cutting out sugar and eating healthier.
Keep it up everyone! It's going to be a long haul for me and I appreciate all the great training videos.
Get forward mate! Well done 💪👊👊
Top Hank! Good time spent to train and coach
So grateful for these workouts guys - brilliant job 😊

Awesome stuff Hank! Great to wake up to this on a chilly wet Saturday morning in Seattle. 3.25.23

Wow Hank, awesome workout, I feel that I’ve really benefited from it. Many thanks 😎

Great session for mental endurance. 10 min efforts were a killa
Thanks Henk great workout 💪💪.
What a BEAST of a workout! I really enjoyed this 1. Going to try 1 of your 60 minute sessions real soon. I've gotta work my way up to it
Great workout thanks team 🇿🇦
Thanks coach and coaches, I think I’m gonna smash my next time trial 🤙🏾
Great session. I’d like some more 50 minute + sessions though.
Wow! Another brutal but brilliant session from you Hank. Thank you. 🤪
That was quite intense, couldn't make it on the second 10 min, had to slow donw midway to rest. Thanks GCN, you're awsome
Killer workout my man!!!! Yessss🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Awesome owe session. Great workout. Thanks
What a session! Good one Hank.
Awesome! Thanks, Hank!
love these sessions hank can you do more 60 mins sessions thanks
Thanks gcn for doing this! Don't need gym memberships anymore!
Insane! Good session! It's pretty hard to keep up
It would be useful to have it showing wot zones we should be in for those using a power meter and used to zwift?
Holy hell. What a sesh. Dripping. Thanks Hank.
Great session thanks guys didn't think I would focus for 10 mins slots but with your help I achieved something I didn't think I could so massive thanks 👍
Awesome as always!!!
Nice one keep it coming 💪🏻💪🏻
Love this Hank. Thanks
This one is right next to the 90 seconds on 30 seconds of . You are on 🔥 . I got through it but barely!!!
Fantastic session
Awesome session. Love the longer rides
Fabulous session Hank your enthusiasm and drive are exactly what I need. You’re a star
Awesome! Thanks so much!
Wow!!!!killed me that one fair play
THAT WAS KILLER! LOVED IT.
This is a really good session with power meters, maintaining the 8/10 PE is a good challenge.
It would be good for you to consider doing a technical video of how you mix FTP and PE and what you work to. The calculator I found said 8/10 PE is around 90-105% of FTP which is fine but it would be good to know how you work it, if different
Big up and respect 🙏
Dude’s a beast.
Thank you 🙏
Great workout! You guys are so awesome. Love the energy in the pain cave. I'm not ready to go back to the gym and it's so good to have a group to sweat with. More importantly, don't we all have an Ollie who needs to be dropped!
Thanks Hank u never dissapoint!! Though one day u will surprise us and being your towel lol ❤
Hi, what corrispondence between effort level and FTP? FTP Is level 7? How can I calcolate the % FTP for each effort level? Thank you, Great video!
Did you ever figure this out?
FTP is what you could maintain for one hour
Fantastic again
Fab session thanks for the motivation it was needed! 💪
Thanks, great session!
Great session Hank, thanks
Great one!
Awesome ride thanks 🙏
Awesome session
Fantastic…great session
Great session as always
Brilliant GCN! Great session 👍🚴
Too many adverts during the session. Not good as it’s adding 30 secs to efforts.
Made it through. Difficult session made even longer by adverts during the 4 and 10 minute sessions.
Yeah, it's not a good experience to get ads in the middle of these. I keep recommending they do the ads at the very beginning or very end (during warmup and cooldown). So it won't interrupt the important parts plus you'll be more likely to pay attention. Or even better have these sponsored... have Hank talk about the sponsor during the warmup and cooldown. They could even plug their own GCN+ service. Until that happens all I can suggest is to get RUclips Premium, or a browser ad blocker
These are free trainings...
Such a good session and thanks for the upload!! I am drenched with sweat, lol. 95rpm for 10 mins was hard and my legs are burning!🤣🔥🚴♀️🚲🔥
If people are mad because you’re sweaty their just petty. Great session.
Nice one!
Couldn't get through the second long effort. Great different kind of session Hank!
Great one
Another great session. Is there any chance of doing a video on the watts/power for each level of RPE - I know it’s all personal - but might be good to have some form of comparison (eg new to the sport, weekend warrior, club rider - all the way up to level Hank!). Thanks 🙏
Ottima sessione!
You are my best friend.
As already suggested it would be a big help to show which zones you're hitting with these workouts. Efforts are open to interpretation so pretty much meaningless to a lot of us who watch these workouts.
For me I like the efforts as I can relate them to my HR. Zones are similar of course but it’s how we use them when suffering 🙂
That was a fun session:-)
how many miles do you do on this 42 min workout, I lost 6 to 7 inches of my belly thanks to you, your bike workouts are awesome, love everything about it. Since we are still in cold weather here i haven't going out but I can't wait to test myself now.
How far did you get Francisco? I got 13.04 miles during this 42 minute session. I'm going to try 1 of the 60 minute sessions real soon. Hope to see you in the comments there. Best of luck
I know it’s in the description and I know you have to say a lot whilst puffed out and with a sweaty cap but could you make more references to the cadence. I can’t relate to your wattage and HR as I’m not in your league but I do know what gears I can do say 9/10 effort at 90 rpm. A quick reminder of cadence keeps me pushing on. Thanks.
