Beethoven actually wrote JAZZ (or BOOGIE WOOGIE) in his last piano Sonata. So it is not that of a surprise, that his music fits metal so well.
He did make a sort of proto jazz ragtime long before it was invented but Bach and Vivaldi kinda beat him in creating metal songs by like a hundred years or so .

Mr. Mumm, your solos are even better than Yngwie J. Malmsteen. Malmsteen himself said that he had trouble and problems trying to play J.S. Bach on guitar. You can play J.S. Bach perfectly. That is true musicianship to be able to play guitar better than Yngwie J. Malmsteen himself.
