I learnt that in middle school and when I was 23 I got a license for it. The very concept of not being aware of what CPR is mind numbingly stupid to me.
Let me rephrase this in my country CPR is a required school program and you can get a permit that allows you to perform it in public if needed and not get in trouble for it FOR FREE!.

This story is living proof of the reason most men are very reluctant to help women nowadays. I remember reading a case where a lifeguard saved a woman and the woman decided to sue the man. Just like Keiichi he did the right thing and he’s being labeled as a bad person, some society we live in. And some fiancée Ryouhei turned out to be. Dude doesn’t even know CPR. Pathetic. It was so satisfying seeing Noa stand for Keiichi and called out her classmates who did nothing when she needed help and didn’t even bother to come visit her. Like she said they’re just superficial. This episode drove one fact home for sure...get CPR and AED training, you never know who it could save. Keiichi had that training, and saved Noa's life at a time needed, and the class either were indifferent, or froze in fear, thinking something or someone would get the wrong idea. It's good that Noa was able to cut ties with Ryohei, as well....turns out, all Ryohei and his dad wanted was her family's wealth, supposedly for the school, but, probably for themselves; to the point Ryohei was already cheating with another girl. Admittedly, Noa and Keiichi accidentally kissing as kids was perhaps unexpected, but it worked out in the long run! Great VOAs too!

True, Noa did bump into Keiichi, and she was more for the bad boy, at first, but when push came to shove, it was Keiichi who saved the day, despite everyone accusing him of perversion. Afterstory:
Ryouhei's father was told of what happened. After finding out, he severly punished him by sending him to military school. And the Sargeant there was known for his strict and brutal methods, so it was like hell on earth fot Ryouhei. His lover was also gossiped about alot at school. She had to transfer because of the criticisms she got.
As for the other classmates, they tried to make up with Noa to varying degrees. Some of the tried apologizing to her to get on her good side, but she saw right through their facade. Some other ones were genuinly remourseful, and instead apologized to MC for looking down on him. He decided to forgive them as they seemed to have learned their lesson.
Apologies don't mean anything when the damage is done.

Anyone knows what Ryuhei's fate: but to me, let's just say that Ryuhei's father chewed him out after he found out that he's cheating on Noa with another girl and the fact that he laughed at Noa for having a seizure and left. Noa's father and Ryuhei's father are furious at Ryuhei. So Ryuhei and his lover became ostracized by everyone after they found out the truth which caused them to break up and Noa and Ryuhei's engagement have been called off. His father punished him by forcing him to go the temple to reflect on what he did or worse doing chores without food or water for a month. Even though Keiichi and Noa's classmates apologize to them but Noa couldn't trust them anymore since they only friends with her for her father's money, Keiichi was the only one who stands by her side who doesn't care about her status. What's your extra theory for Ryuhei and other classmates fates?

Later on for Ryuhei and the entire classmates, their behavior towards Keiichi and Noa were revealed to the entire school after that incident. From that on, all of them were being ostracized from the other classmates from the other rooms, which later come to comfort both Keiichi and Noa whom were victims of being bullied and harassment and support their relationship. Later, their classmates including Ryuhei become isolated, of which some of them become Shut-in and/or later, introverts, while others had to quit and transferred to other schools. Yet, few of those who transferred were unlucky as the rumors also spread to other school they’ve in too, so they had to suffer from being ostracized like in their former school. Ryuhei is the most suffered among them, of which driven him to the point of committing suicide, only to be thwarted by his family, forcing him to suffered like “dead alive” for the rest of his life.
Although Keiichi and Noa fell pity on them, they’ve nothing to do with their “classmates” anymore. Later, after being graduated, Keiichi become the most known firefighter in the country and had married Noa, whom being pregnant and expected to give birth their first child. They’re live happily after that, as Keiichi become idolize by his son, whom later become firefighter to save other life like what his father did.

Afterwards they reported it to the principal, the principal was glad that Lewis, Keiichi, and Noa told him everything. Afterwards ryohei and his goons were called to the principal and they were brutally expelled for their behavior and their actions. With that said Ryohei and his goons were now living a homeless life, he blames Lewis and Keiichi for ruining to his life while his goons agree with him. Afterwards they started a life of crime and he and his goons attempted to steal valuables owned by Lewis. But however they slipped up because Lewis the Hispanic-Scottish transfer student was part of the yakuza, with that said many scary looking Scottish men came out and they sold them to the Gresley Railway. Nigel Gresley the engine who rules the Gresley railway was furious after what he observed from ryohei and his goons.
They will get their deserts from every steam and diesel locomotive from America, Canada, and The UK while working as probationary cleaners for almost every engine . They also would get whooped by the southern steam locomotives when they were slacking off. Afterwards due to the hard labor that they witnessed. Ryohei and his goons all died a miserable death thanks to Boston & Maine 3713 and Grand Trunk Western 6325 running them over, due to the fact that 60007 sir Nigel Gresley could not stand their behavior anymore. Now Ryohei and his goons were not going to be reincarnated due to their sins not only did they die a miserable death but of vain too.

I've saved lives before, was never made a pariah for it though. Guy at work got domed with a heavy piece of equipment and was unconscious and bleeding. Me an others rendered first aid until EMTs arrived. Freak accident. I've also sent stalkers and abusers to the hospital for free. And my brother has a few saves to his credit as well. Him and a friend saw a classmate of their's nearly get molested by the "popular" guy who thought he was untouchable at school in an empty gymnasium during school hours. He had a concussion, a broken orbital socket and nose after they got done with him.

I noticed a lot of people are commenting on how people should be charged for neglecting Noa's emergency, but as the laws are currently written, we are NOT legally bound to help another in distress. It is the same reason why you won't get charged for deciding not to take your garden hose to your neighbors burning house or get in trouble for not stopping a guy from abusing his girlfriend/spouse. Keep in mind I am only speaking in the legal technicalities of this, and not the moral or social aspects of it as that is a whole different topic to discuss. It does suck but there's nothing illegal about being a sh!t stain in the dirty underwear of life.

It would only get really awkward if the AED had to be used, since that requires opening up the shirt and placing electrodes on risque places.
Granted, you shouldn't be doing chest compressions or using the AED if she's only not breathing but still has a pulse. Just mouth-to-mouth would be sufficient.

Hold on he did CPR, because AED Is a machine that delivers electric shocks to the heart and force it to pump CPR does something similar but your supposed to press down so violently and quickly that ribs break, and honestly with CPR your more likely to be accused of trying to kill someone with how hard and fast you pump because fact of the matter is Is that if you did it to someone's heart who was beating then it would stop

1st is to administer shocks in an attempt to restart the heart...
But it also monitors the heartbeat and give instructions to the person admistering cpr between shocks
