I love that you included that mistakes on both sides are normal! That removes some of the pressure as I try to learn the mechanics. Thanks!

I’m really interested in this for my dog as I think he will really benefit. Did you ever make a part 2 to this? Or do you have recommendations for other videos/sources to learn more. I’d prefer videos as I learn best visually but anything should be helpful. Thank you.

Unfortunately my dog broke his ankle and was retired from agility. I do have a lot of unedited footage that I may eventually post. Sorry. Linda's book is excellent and I would encourage you to pick it up. As for videos, all the training that I am doing with my puppy - 52 Weeks of Puppy Eli - ruclips.net/p/PL0cn182auqQjfOaNvAm2acGV41YMc4akl I'm working to help this problem right from the beginning. And while the Eli's footage is him being a puppy, if I had an adult dog, I do everything I'm doing now. There is a lot of convergence training, running into collection throughout all my videos. Woofs.

Haa haa, I wish, I wish, I wish I had done this earlier with my BC. He was such a willing participant, he just didn't have the tools to collect.

did you ever do a jump collection 2 video? It is nice to just be able to observe someone else and see what we can pick up when we aren't an active participant. nice video

Hello, I have a ton of unedited footage that I never finished. The dog in the video, Jinx, ended up breaking his ankle and I never finished editing the videos. Maybe one day, I'll try putting it all together for a follow up video.

which command do you give for the wraps?

    • @GoGetEmAgility

Frontside wrap is either dog's name or tight, tight, tight - but I might change this with my next dog. Backside wrap is wrap, wrap, wrap.
