Prestige is Muslim promoters. Hindus buy Brigade, Muslims buy Prestige
Went there... There is also Godrej Ananda and Brigade El Dorado. But road is not developed and you need to travel few minutes to get atleast basic stuff.
But all NRI are investing here. In Feb when I went Finsbury and Ananda were sold out. El Dorado which gives less sq ft is available.
This will be a hit project maybe another 8-10yrs down the lane. But if you are looking for a immidiate profit,this is not a the place. But lot of IT parks are within 20mins of drive from here.
Also note KIADB has given land to major software companies but there no development and only Shell company is there. That's why govt has started inviting big builders to build properties there, hoping for that it will attract software comoanies.
