I'm actually glad that this show has a reboot. This show had so much potential, but because of the time period, its full potential was never reached because the creators wanted to market this towards girls, but they also didn't want to break gender roles and stereotypes for girls when they released the toys for this show. At least in the reboot there is more diversity and important representation.

I grew up with the original and watched the reboot on Netflix. The reboot is absolutely fantastic. Its obvious that it exists because the team behind it wanted to tell an exciting story with these characters, not as a means to sell toys like the original. It's very progressive, every character is three dimensional and nuanced, the animation is extremely good and the story is full of exciting twists and turns. I highly reccomend it.
Don't listen to the first guy. It just exist to push a woke agenda and disgrace the name of this original cartoon. The creators of that Netflix trash actually HATES the original She-Ra.
