As a wife of an alcoholic, the Serenity Prayer has new meaning. Thanks The Skit Guys for reminding us, to put all of our trust in Him, for He is the One for whom our hearts were created for.
This is exactly what I wanted and needed to hear today.
"Nothing will ever come at you that I, Almighty GOD, cannot bear." AMEN.
So simple (no flashing lights, or a fog machine) and so very very powerful. Thanks guys. God is so good.

I'm legit crying alone in my apartment in Kuwait. How many times have I said the same things to God as excuses...truly, I surrender. To God be the glory for all you guys do!

I named my daughter Serenity, after the serenity prayer. She is my hush, my pause. Shes 16 now. I have rediscovered God, and this is amazing.
Learned this prayer as a child of an alcoholic. The crux of it totally hit me when I was diagnosed with stage four non small cell lung cancer, was told I am treatable but not curable, that is when I let go and let God. The flood of peace flooded over me and all I could do was praise him.
We all have the Divine spark of God within our hearts as we look at others we should remember this that every single one of us have the spark and spirit of the divine within us all
Thx guys! My little girl will not go to bed unless your serenity prayer is playing right by her! It's the only time she falls into a peaceful sleep all night!
"Living life with a clenched fist." Spot on description of myself. I've always been VERY independent, and when I became a Believer, I found it hard to depend on God. My Self-will fiercely battles against just letting go and trusting Him. I feel like if I'm not "doing something", then nothing is being done. Please pray that one day I will be able to truly, "Let go and let God."
Same with you feelings , We knew that God call us to do something but I was just so worried and don’t know how to start . But I know That he called me to be his vessel of his Word I think you too

My mantra for today. Jus for today I will love live and enjoy the now ..I will make progress ..I will not keep holding on to the things that create mind chatter .I will love and appreciate the close circle of fam and friends in my life .I am not afraid . It's time to say hey world here I am .talk to me .I will talk to you. Life in the social media world is good now and then but I am ready to Live. I listen to the empaths the spiritual one s the broken ones ..I listen and trust my own inner voice ..to all thst read this .jus be .enjoy life more ..

This skit has really impacted my life in so many ways! The first time I watched this, it was like God was actually telling me to surrender everything to Him. It took some time, but God used this skit to be the light to guide me towards my freedom of depression, anxiety and anger (basically when you mix those together, you get pain). And now, I am filled with God's joy and He is my strength!!

It is what it is. Like all we can do is love and pray for our enemies. Love our selfs. Love God with our whole heart. Trust in his word.
When I have heard that pray, I have only heard the first part. I am so grateful for this whole prayer. Thank you God for always being there for me. Ever when I am feeling very lonely You are only a conversation/pray away. Thank you to the Skit Guys and their talents. I have been struggling with a mental and physical health issues since 2013. I do sometimes wonder why God has allowed me to go through these things but only God knows why and how my future looks. Yes I am terrified but I am trying to give these things back to God because I don't want to deal with them.
Thank you Skit Guys! This helped me through a hard time to just surrender and give it to God. Amen and amen. ☺️

One of my old Therpist recommend this to me awhile ago. I felt weird looking into it due to the fact I’m Jewish.... But this video has helped a lot thanks.. instead I will just say HaShem ;)
It was through the Jewish people that the Christians received the one they call God and the Jews call HaShem. That is wonderful and in some sense the Jews are an older brother (figuratively speaking) to the Christian church. May you be blessed and find G-d's perfect shalom in your life. : - )

I was breaking into tears when he said, "God has always picked you up when you have fallen" I don't understand.. I have been bullied so much and when my tears fall on my pillow, I don't feel like he's picked me up, I feel alone and heartbroken..
You are seen. You are heard. You are known. You are treasured. You are loved.
That's what I say to my bullied kids. I acknowledge what you are saying, but even more importantly Jesus sees, hears, knows, and passionately loves you.
Trust in, cling to, rely on, believe in Jesus. Never let go. He cares for you!
You are not alone... always trust and surrender to Him. You are never alone. You are loved.

Sierra, I also was bullied a lot as I was growing up. It is extremely painful. Know this...we have an enemy who is working hard to steal, kill, and destroy but God is faithful. The bullies in your life are lost people. They feel so low about themselves that they choose to take it out on you (for whatever reason). I have a challenge for you if you are willing. It will change your life if you allow it to. The challenge is to start praying for your bullies. Step one. Stop calling them bullies and see them as God may see them. Lost little children. Pray for them as If you are seeking God's best for them, not just that they stop abusing you, but that God will forgive and He will bless them. Don't be afraid to let them know that you are praying for them. It may get a little worse before it gets better but trust that God is working and be patient in His timing. Also, you need to ask the authorities in your life who are over you and these people why they are allowing this behavior to happen under their supervision. (If they know about it and with a humble approach) Accept responsibility for any areas that you may need to improve in. Know that God is working in your life. Jesus went to the cross for your sins and the sins of these bullies. God, through Christ, has forgiveness for all of you. Hang in there. If you trust in the Lord, this will get better. God sees every tear and He hasn't forgotten you. Seek Him.
I love to watch you guys minister with the funny stuff that I would love to recreate, but then there are those times, like this one that I sit back & cry. You dig into the real issues and make me reflect. Thank you for the ministry that you have surrendered to.

Keeping talking to HIM and never stop asking HIM to talk to you. YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST! Don't hold back any punches then keep the line open but pause for a few minutes. Then start talking again. Pause for a few. Repeat until results

So, im not a church goer, nor am I devoted amd heavy believer in the bible and christian practices... but I can honestly say, I founf this this morning & was too interested to change it. 2018 up to noe I've been on a part of serenity and this aligns so accurately with my search.
This doesnt draw me to Christianity or The beliefs per say, but much gratitude. This helps clear things up a bit more... and I almost cried for some reason.

I am going through a lot right now, a valley that seems to be getting deeper, and it feels like there is no end in sight. I was searching for a video of encouragement that showed me any signs of positivity and what God has in store. To hear when you said "Wait on my timing, don't get ahead of but don't lag behind" that really hit me. I wanted something to work out but I know that God has a plan regardless of what I want. Hearing and watching this video really gave me the positive insight I've been needing to hear, so I thank you for that!!
