  • BNSF switching the grain elevator in Choteau, Montana. This is the end of the line for this long spur track, and I believe they don`t even go there anymore. This was filmed on July 4, 2016.

      That is the very end of the line in Northwest Montana. They only go out there on an as needed basis, and from what I understand from my in laws that live there, they don`t even go there at all anymore. It took me 3 years to catch this train there.

    I see the blue and yellow running on the main line into canada to this day. Not every day but enough that I'm confused when people say they are rare

      @@1960gambit We even see the green and black Burlington northerns run with them sometimes. But maybe the west coast is just underfunded lol

      ​@1960gambit Wow!I live in NC and maybe seen 2 or 3 gp39 and I think was a least unit.Nowadays do not see gp unit any more only Widecab CSX 6 axle locomotives.
