Went to Sandals a long time ago with 4 other couples, we had an awesome time but life has changed. Hubby has passed on, 2 other couples divorced, other couple no clue. Took kids to Beaches at Dunn's River a year after that . . .now kids are grown. Crazy how time flies . . .enjoy yall's life please.
My wife and I went to The Luxury Bahia Principe in April 2019 and again in March 2023. Enjoyed our stay and will go back after trying something else. It is not perfect but does provide good value for our budget. I highly recommend booking a "seaview" room. Building 26 has a really nice orientation with beautiful sunsets right from your balcony.
Visited RIU Ocho and RIU palace, was able to enjoy RIU Reggae & RIU Montego amenities. Got married at the Grand Palladium Resort & Spa, (gosh I love the Palladium, my wedding was EPIC). I'm heading to Iberoster Grande in a few weeks. I LOVE Jamaica. #borntrini. 🇹🇹

Congratulations, seeing as how you just edited 2 weeks ago; can you reccomend which you preferred more RIU palace or the Palladium? Did you go to the adult only side ofthe Palladium?
Hi!!! Congratulations on your marriage 💑. Which RIU would you suggest from experience for a party/ entertainment resort for adults, but is also a nice resort as well.
@Angela Calloway sorry for the late response. I stumbled across ya'll comments in my email. I'd choose RIU Ocho Rios or Grand Palladium (Lady Hamilton side). Iberoster was top-notch. Small, though. I'd say my heart is with Grand Palladium.
I went to bahia principe luxury. 2x weeks ago. The resort itself was nice but wasnt happy with the food. Next trip I'll have to try another resort on this list.

I was there for 2 weeks in September..food was cold at all sittings. Went to the bar and asked for a white wine was told "we haven't got white "walked back to the restaurant and got a bottle from there to take back to the bar! Service was diabolical with the exception of a couple of staff. Stayed in alot of hotels in Jamaica and would definitely Not recommend this hotel!

Agreed, the food is mediocre at best. Las Olas is a haven for flies...I'm here now
