Your RUclips channel has been super helpful for me trying to go from doing my first couple deals to systematizing and growing a business so thank you. I watched the video you did over zoom "setting up batch leads for beginners" but I was wondering if you could make a video a bit more in depth on how to organize and categorize all your data. You mentioned thinking of your data like a filing cabinet and using lists and tags in that context, but that is still somewhat difficult for me to apply (I am probably just slow haha). I think a lot of people would benefit from a video like that, but just an idea. Thanks for everything bro!
So after someone’s been trained, what will they use Trainual for? It doesn’t seem like a day-to-day app. It seems like a weekly used app. Someone would only use it for learning what to do. Not really to complete their day-to-day job. Is that correct?
i'm a huge systems guy..but why not just put your systems right in your task management software since that's where your team with actually be implementing them. I do understand that you'll need a repository of items outside of the actually tasks themselves, but Drive or Notion seems to suffice well for that. And, if you use ClickUp, that's actually one app that has the potential to actually eliminate several apps.
Hey Cody, Great content as always! When building out your content is it better to split up Job Tasks into multiple Subjects, then assign multiple Subjects to a pre-determined Job Role? Or utilize the Subjects section as Job Roles and add tasks in the Topics section? The reason I ask, is because it doesn't seem to allow us to easily move a Topic to become a Subject if we wanted to expand on a certain item in the future. Only add more steps inside the Topic, which could get lengthy as time goes on and training evolves. As far as future content, I think Asana walkthrough would be awesome!
I’m trying to position the product.
What’s the difference between Trainual and Process Street (workflow tool)?

In trainual I do the job as the course and the job description/tasks within the sections within the specific course.
