This made me cry. Feel like he's talking to me. I have always known I have ADHD. Since Menopause my symptoms (anxiety being a major one), and I've told docs who just step by the comments. Its exhausting. I am more convinced after listening to this that I need to get a diagnosis pronto.
He has just explained my life . I’m 45 and ADHD was pointed out to me recently . I’m Looking forward to the next half of my life with ease and being kinder to myself ❤
I’m 57 and my life finally makes sense, all of it including perimenopause and the menopause which cost me 16 years. I finally got HRT two years ago after the fact and now I’m clawing my way back but it’s a struggle with the adhd and I think I’m also on the autism spectrum slightly too. My creativity was my lifeline and saviour 🙏🏻 Thank you for sharing ❤

There’s a 5-7 year wait for referrals for adhd and a private diagnosis can be anything from £650 upwards , a world wide shortage of adhd meds ..The right to choose program is on and off ..
