@@veronicatn5658 Hi lovely! I'm assuming you are in Europe. It still hasn't been released in Europe, so don't worry. No one in Europe has gotten the book yet. It should be released in the next 2 weeks here 💕💕
@@its_me_stay Macarons are harder technique wise, but once you know the technique and what you're looking for, it's easier than croissants because croissants are very time consuming and take a lot of timing of putting the dough and butter in the fridge for lamination of layers.
This recipe is amazing. Made a batch this week and they turned out delicious with half of the dedication the traditional ones require. Thanks for sharing Emma!
THESE TASTE SOOOOOO GOOD. I’ve made them about 5 times already, and they taste even better with salted Irish butter 😭😭 THANK YOU EMMA, THIS RECIPE IS GOLD!
That recipe is awesome, but after making them I'm going to tell a really nice tip. When making all of those layers it's crucial to make the first and the last bigger than others and seal them,so the butter cannot escape out of the edges
Wish I had read this before I made them 😅. I live in the Caribbean where it is super hot and everything began ozzing out . But they turned out good any way
As a french woman, i never made croissants. I viewed your video several times this morning and I am on so happy. I am making them today. I usually bring a lot of croissants each time i fly to Paris. I can wait to get them done. Aujourd'hui on fait des croissants. Merci beaucoup
Finally a croissant recipe I can see myself actually making. Cannot wait to make these on my days off. Thank you for sharing another straight forward recipe Emma
I made these yesterday, and they are fantastic!!! I didn't achieve the crunch, but they are the fluffiest and most flavorful croissants I've ever had. I'm not going back to buying croissants anymore. Well worth the time. Thank you for the amazing recipe!!
Wow…!! Genius . I am indian and making indian breads is what we learnt the first thing but the same technique can be used to make beautiful croissants . Unbelievable yet so easy . Thank you for sharing this .
I made these yesterday and they were fantastic! Thank you so much for this recipe and for de-mystifying and simplifying the process for us lay-bakers. Will definitely make these again (and again)…
I tried this yesterday, and let me say, it was the most delicious croissants I ever ate, I store bought all my life, this is hands down the best the ever had, it's a bit time consuming however it's worth it, make double or triple the batch and freeze it as soon as it cools down from the oven and now I have the most delicious croissants ready to eaten every day! Thanks so much for posting this easy recipe! Its much appreciated!! My croissants came out not as crispy, I'm not sure why, but that doesn't really matter cause it still comes out incredible!
As a french person, I absolutely need to try this recipe ! It seems more easier and faster than the traditional methods indeed. I just did your Christmas sugar cookie so I'm trying this one next week. 🙌🏼
Ahhh! That's why you are so stunning! You are half french and half Italian? And you are so friendly and talented. Absolutely love your videos! Such an inspiration for us foodies ❤️ big hug from Portugal
I like to cook spontaneously. Whenever I see something i want to cook and i have the ingredients, I make immediately. That's why I always soften my butter in the microwave, and for eggs i leave them in some lukewarm water so they heat up quickly and i don't have to wait. If it wasn't ten at night rn, I would have definitely been making these croissants right now.
I'm so glad you did this video! I bought your cookbook on the strength of just one of your previous videos, and when I was looking through it, I saw this recipe. I was hoping you'd have a video to go with the directions in the book. Thank you so much! I have never felt so excited and (almost) comfortable while baking bread!
You're a God send and truly blessed to have you in our life. Thank you for all the amazing recipes and tricks! Sending you soooo much love from Singapore
What a cool tip. Yes, I bring the butter out of the fridge but room temperature still might be too cold. Definitely, this will be my new go-to softened butter step
I made these and they were amazing. I love your technique. It was much easier than other croissant recipes I've tried. I just got your cookbook today. I can't wait to make more recipes ❤️
I made this yesterday and they're were fun to make as well as delicious! I added chocolate spread to some of the croissants as a filling before rolling. Eating these definitely brought back some sweet childhood memories 😊
Honestly and thank you Emma, you have one of the best RUclips culinary channels out there! Your wonderful, simple with details and to the point instructions, for teaching us how to bake the goodies for life 💗
Thank you.I made croissant for the first time almost 30 years ago.I made them often but moved away from home and lost the recipe. When I finally tried them after many years I could not replicate my original recipe. this recipe sounds perfect and since Indian flat bread, roti and chapati, are part of my life, yes I think I will try them.
I’ve started watching you from when I was 10 and now you’ve inspired me to cook and bake. It is now my passion and my dream to meet you when I’m older. I wanna open my own fantasy restaurant when I grow up . I know it sounds funny but I just wanted to let you know. Lots of love❤❤

I made these today and they are absolutely wonderful. They took a while, but are totally worth it. I put this cookbook on my Christmas list after I made the english muffins about a month ago, but now, I can't wait. I'm buying it myself!!
Love this. I added chocolate chips. And savoury with the other half cheese onion or cooked bacon n cheese add before rolling into shapes. Ie triangles.
Wow, Emma. I never actually knew that you were part French. I thought that you were fully Italian. But since that it’s Christmas time right now, I’ll definitely wish you a happy early holidays! ❤❤❤
Definitely gonna try this. I always struggle to get the butter and dough consistency the same to be able to laminate properly - it’s always 29 degrees in my kitchen all year round so butter tends to melt quickly.
