This almost turned out like gumbo for me when served over a bed of rice. Quite an amazing dish. It really took me back to my grandma's chicken gumbo. I think I will try the assorted meat version that you share next time.
Absolutely hard chicken have a unique taste. ..the blended herbs will infuse more into the pepper soup..l will pair with white rice. Happy Sunday Che's baby..l love the final outcome

You can use regular chicken but the cooking time differs from hard chicken, regular chicken cooks faster than hard chicken so you may want to reduce the cooking time.Thanks for watching once again i truly appreciate ❤
