The consistency of your Banga soup depends on 1.) Type of Banga ... (Osukwu is the best)
2.) The extraction
3.) The boiling part
4.) Enough crayfish
5.) The type of meat used (ponmo tends to give your soup a thicker consistency), and it's parboiling process.
