How Does a Rock Get From a Quarry to a Construction Site?

  • We follow the entire journey of a rock from within the earth @aggregateindustries in Glensanda Scotland, to @hs2 in London. We explore each step from extraction, to processing, to transportation over sea, rail and road, including breakdowns on hundreds of millions of pounds worth of plant and machinery.
This is a journey Daniel has wanted to document since a child when he used to look at material on a construction site or between sleepers on train tracks and wondered how it got there. If you have ever wondered the same thing, this one is for you!
Thank you to all who participated and made this possible @aggregatesindustries @GBRF
