Building a Survival Shelter on Top of a Cliff, Overnight in the Wilderness, Bushcraft Skills

- Hi everyone!
In the previous video, I made walls from wooden logs and wooden doors and thus made my shelter safe from wild animals. In this video you will see how I protected myself from the weather. I made windows out of Plexiglas that I brought with me into the wilderness from civilization to close the openings on the upper part of the rock and at the same time get waterproofing, protection from rain and cold, and the light I need. I also made a wooden ladder that made it easier for me to access the terrace and the bed. I coated the boards on the terrace and the door with a polyurethane coating to protect them from weather conditions and thus extend the life of the wood. For the dish, I prepared blood sausages and sauerkraut stewed in lard, bacon, and smoked pork. At night it was very pleasant with the song of owls and wild foxes. I and my friend Lajka had a great time.

Oh, the serenity! 🙌 And I love the way you think when you make these shelters of yours, the creativity and you make them to last 🙂 If I owned a bit of woodland, I would do the same! Where I live you can camp wherever you want (almost), but you need to leave no trace when you move on. That's a nice thing too though 🙂🍂🌳🌿🌼🐞

I think this is like a perfect combination of those "primitive building" videos and bushcraft, but just having it titled as building a survival shelter makes sure not to make people think you are building using primitive materials

@@luxonbushcraft started to plant hops on the side of my house when I lived at the beach near Galveston. Figured it would shade the place from the place from the sun . Trees don’t fare too well down there
