Saturday afternoon one of my budgie birds sadly passed away 😞 I don’t have any friends and so my pets are my best friends, my heart is just completely broken. I hope that my little baby is flying free knowing how much I love and cared for her.

I love the little toy that tips over and spills seed out! I think my budgies will like that! I already have the small round bath, but I put mine on the outside of the cage. The budgies fly to it everyday! My cockatiel loves it too❤️❤️❤️
Yesterday my poor baby flew away and since I’ve been so shocked and heartbroken my other budgie has became depressed and lonely, thank you for your items! It really will help ❤
I got veggie skewer for my two , they work wonders putting new veg in between ones they haven't tried , like the look of the budgie bath and seed tilter

I have 3 of #4 but I got them in my local Walmart. 1 is a bath but the other 2 are feeding dishes. I have 4 budgies so 2 are perfect for food. 2 budgies can eat at the same time in one. I also put different food in each and it is interesting to see which birds like which food. Heidi

I will get some of this for my baby budgies I don't know about the playground set I don't know if my baby budgies like it I do like them out it's just hard getting them back in their cages.

@@magix33 I got 2 room 1 was my little room and the other one was mum and dad's room I catch them with head towel they all bite Ripley and Giselle are the last ones getting back in their cages
@@laurajones5949 well they bite as a defence mechanism, catching them with towels spooks them and you'd be way better off training them to like your hands by keeping them in the cage for long periods and slowly over time trying to handle them millet to try and make them step up/get closer to your hands so you can form a good basic bond, if you can get them to step up your life putting them back in the cage gets much easier

Budgie experts- please help me! I think my bird is sick but my dad and grandma think otherwise. Shes not eating seeds, although she might not be hungry but she wasnt even eating her millet spray! Her sister was helping herself and ate alot but she did not budge. She hasn’t been playing or doing anything. She cant seem to keep one of her eyes open and she always hits herself on things since she cant fly properly. Both my birds have never had their wings clipped but neither can fly properly. Ive noticed she hasnt been playing at all! Usually she goes to the bottom of her cage to play with her favorite ball toy, then she jumps in her favorite tube and goes to her perch and plays with her hanging toys. Then the sisters fight over the swing lol but now she just lets her sister on the swing. She keeps falling back onto the bottom of the cage and when we take her out of the cage theres a mirror there where the LOVES to play and theres like a tiny gap underneath it. Now she just hides in the gap. PLEASE HELP ME!! i dont want to lose another one💔

Sadly my budge passed away a couple days ago.
Her friends and partner are all pretty upset in general, I can just tell.
They won’t climb on my hand, and ignore me when I walk into the room.
I miss my budgie so much, and lately, my birds have been plucking.
I’m doing everything I can to make them stop, but nothing is working.

I have two budgies
I know how hard it is when you lose your close budgie friends ,when I was 7-8 years old I had 2 Beautiful babies and my favorite one Perky just one day was on the bottom of the cage,and dead! 😢 It took me along time to get over her death!

Oh my gosh thanks! U helped so!! I have two birds . But I bought my first one apart from my other budgie so there still getting used to each other. And so I have to things for my budgies to drink. But the funny thing is is that one is to drink and the other is get in and bath and I feed them by hand sometimes. There my best bird friends idk what I would do without them
I think I will built the first one because it is bloody awesome.

I was looking over google for birb toys and got this vid, i will see what toys i can get for my 2 budgie's.
the feeder toy looks great but the mirror on it is bad i reccomend either trying to pry it off, or wraps it with vet tape :)

hey! i've been watching your videos for a long time now, but i was still a bit curious about two questions. should u keep 2 male budgies together? and what bedding should i use for them?

can they get to the bedding? if so don't use sandpaper (damages feet), or plastic bags (because they can digest it and obv ruin their health), if they can get to it crinkle paper or just some kitchen roll, if they can't touch the bedding then cardboard, newspaper or etc, just make sure if they can get to the bedding that the material isn't in some way damaging to them, eg cardboard is stuck with layers of glue, so be careful, personally my birds don't reach the bottom of the cage because of the cage bar layout so just put kitchen roll, though my boyfriend has the same cage and uses newspaper
oh and 2 male budgies is usually fine as long as they don't have competition for a mate (so keeping 1 female and 2 males), but chances are very likely that they'd get along together in a cage, just make sure that they do get along first though as there is the small chance of it not flourishing into a friendship and that's normal, sometimes it doesn't work, but from experience and other stories i think they should be fine
I have 2 male budgies and they are bonded together and like best friends, they even occasionally preen each other and feed each other, and there's barely any arguments/fights between them though they have very different personalities. For bedding i recommend paper towels or special parrot bedding (might be called grit or sand or something). They live in the same cage and even get along with my cockatiel, so i think you should be fine.

I have the blue bird bath in fact I have two of them. I have ten budgies in a huge cage. I had to get two because they fight over it especially the three girls I have. My two cockatiels prefer showering with me as much as the budgies do. So they have two options go for the bath or shower with me. They also have two more baths for them. It's an all out bird bath or should I say pool party. 😂
The treat tilter isn't the best for untamed or trying to tame birds. I suggest to get it when you have tamed. Otherwise it is just either a food dispenser or a waste of money.
I’ve had my budgies for a year and I am still struggling to train them to eat fruits/veggies and they’re kinda addicted to their seeds. Does anyone have any advice on how to get them to eat fresh food?
From how I did it, I covered a strawberry and apple in their favourite seeds and placed it in their food bowl.
After a few nibbles, they started eating the fruit itself.
I used less and less seeds every time 'till the fruit was fully visible.
Something that you could do aswell, when you're gonna replace the seeds in a few hours, add a few small pieces of fruit/veggies inbetween the seeds and hope they eat the food.
Chop off the top part of brocolli and feed it to them. it looks like millet, and birds love millet.
Usually, I would finely chop/crush up the fruits/veggies and sprinkle some seeds on top (I also do the same with pellets). It usually works. But sometimes, budgies can be picky eaters, so try to experiment with all types of budgie friendly fruits/veggies and learn what they hate/love. I learned that my budgies hate apples after I saw them pick it out of the food bowl and toss it out.
Thanks for these tips. I already have a fruit n' veggie skewer for my new baby boy budgie, but he's being a typical 9 week old baby and refusing to eat his veggies!🤭🐨🦘

1:36 When I had budgies I also had multiple ladders over time, but they didn't survive for 5 Years, but for about 1-2 weeks each. Thanks to their termite behaviour the ladders did not have any rungs left after said time. However they completely ignored the sticks I collected and didn't destroy those.

Amazon has the best customer service and i never got something damaged so maybe it's your mail office or mail mens fault
