Jesus! Are there houses for sale away from the beach 15 - 20 minutes away! Why would people wanna buy property near the beach if there are always floods during the rainy tornado season. I can't find any agents posting videos for properties that are for sale away from the beach, somewhere in a nice, quiet neighborhood and flood free!
