I totally feel you on being anxious about where you are. It’s not like that unnecessary worry will change anything, but it does get to you every time you’re reminded of your presence. It takes time to accept that you are enough. I think what works for me is knowing that I am working towards my goals and that taking these useless time to beat myself down is only halting the process. I think you’re doing great. I’m happy to be your subscriber for almost 10 years. It’s exciting to see you grow. I think your independence and your constant efforts to keep learning and bettering yourself is so appreciated ❤️
I love your weekly vlogs! I think it's just nice to see people living their lives. But if you want to do more planned content that's awesome too! Maybe a mix of both so you don't feel pressure to always have something planned ready to go?
Honestly feel you so much, it’s hard when we don’t get many sunny days in Vancouver. So I always feel pressured to be doing something when it is and when I don’t I get super bummed out all day!

You are the only YouTubber I like nowdays cause you keep your vlogs real and simple. I dont enjoy all those sit down videos that are so elaborated, trying to sell us things we dont need... Your vlogs like these ones are the best! You might no feel productive but your videos inspire to better food choices. You study. Go out for walks with Tika. When the gym is open you hardly miss a workout day.. I know you plan you revamp your channel, but dont change too much please! Your content is perfect imo. 😍

This pandemic - and the closures again in Canada - is so heavy/hard to go through, especially when we are finally regaining a sense of control or normalcy. I’m definitely feeling a lot of blah/sadness in the beginning of this year. We will get through it xx
I don’t live in Canada, so I don’t know much more than the media says, but I do feel the same way. Here in the US it’s a chaos, lots of back and forth with everything related to COVID. I was so kinda of excited for 2022, but definitely, with good reasons, the feeling of “whatever”/blah is consuming me, my mental healthy, and society in general. Hopefully, at some point, this year we can go back to a normal state of everything 🤞🏻

I think our circadian rhythms are so ground into us that what you're feeling is completely normal. I can't wait till spring honestly I want flu season to be gone and I want blossoms on the cherry trees and just something different. I'm in BC also and the winter we've had has been crazy.

It' just fine to feel down sometimes...just take your time and you'll slowly figure it out how to continue dealing with stuff that make you feel overwhelmed right now!
I always feel the same way “should be doing more” and getting anxiety for not doing more. I know one thing really that helped me cutting down my coffee intake. You can still have caffeine, like green tea or matcha. It’s a lot gentler on your body. Maybe try it for a week and see how you feel?

Ooo that mozzarella cheese tomato toast looked good! In England (I live in Bellingham WA now) we called that cheese on toast lol so technical. Anyway, we toast the bread first then put the cheese etc on and grill it to melt. So yummy

We hear you Melissa! You're not the only one feeling that way at the moment. Also, I have to say I was really looking forward to Euphoria season 2 as well to cheer me up but I was disappointed in the first episode being overly violent and gross, even compared to season 1. It almost made me feel worse. I'm not very sensitive but this was a little bit too much for me, I didn't enjoy it.
