Witchiepoo ( Billie Hayes ) was the MAIN REASON I loved and watched this show.. her antics as the crazy villain witch were what made the show for me.. in fact, this and Lidsville, the Bugaloos, Sigmund and the Seamonsters... all were in the same way.. I watched em for the VILLAINS... not necessarily for the heros.. but all of it was tons and tons of fun fun FUN!!
Rumor has it that Billie Hayes was only one of 2 actresses that showed up to audition for the part of Witchiepoo... and when it was her turn, she just went wild in the office, acting out how she'd do the character, and when she jumped up on some furniture and let out with that ""witches fiendish cackle"" of hers, she was hired ON THE SPOT!
